국문 초록

Musical performance is not only a demonstration of the performer’s technical skills but also a stage for expressing their psychological state and emotions. However, during performances, musicians often experience psychological issues such as nervousness and anxiety, which can lead to suboptimal results. Therefore, this paper takes the erhu performance as an example, investigating and researching three key aspects: the impact of performers’ psychological issues on instrumental performance, the causes of nervousness and anxiety during stage performances, and effective methods to mitigate these issues. The study explores the importance of addressing these psychological challenges and enhancing mental well-being, aiming to help performers better control their emotions during musical performances and improve the quality of their artistic expression.

영문 초록

音乐表演不仅是表演者技巧的展示，更是演奏者心理状态和情感表达的舞台。但在演出过程中，演奏者经常会出现紧张焦虑等心理问题，从而导致演出效果不理想。因此本文以二胡表演为例，围绕演奏者产生的心理问题带给器乐演奏带来的影响、在上台演奏中产生紧张焦虑等心理问题的原因以及改善这种情况有效的方法措施三个方面做调查和研究，探讨改善这些心理问题、提升心理健康的重要性，以帮助演奏者在音乐表演过程中更好地控制自己的情绪，提升表演的质量水平。
