감정노동이 정보경찰의 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 상사지지의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 정보경찰의 직무만족에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하기 위해, 부산지역 정보경찰을 대상으 로 설문조사를 시행하고 조사결과를 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 특히, 직무만족에 대한 여러 영향요인 중에서 감정노동이 직무만족에 대해 주요한 영향을 미치며, 그러한 영향은 상사지지에 의해 매개될 것이라고 가정하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구는 감정노동은 직무만족과 상사지지에 대해 통계 적으로 유의미한 부적 영향을, 상사지지는 직무만족에 대해 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정하였다. 또한, 상사지지는 감정노동과 직무만족 간의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것을 추정하였다. 한편, 통제변수 로 측정한 보수, 공정성, 조직지원 중에서, 보수만이 직무만족에 대해 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 영향 을 미치는 것으로 추정되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 감정노동으로 인한 스트레스 나 부작용을 줄일 수 있도록 현재 시행 중인 마음동행센터를 확대 운영하거나, 시민에 대한 무조건적 친절한 응대만을 강조하는 경찰조직의 표현 문화를 개선할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed several factors impacting the job satisfaction of the intelligence police in Busan, South Korea. This study surveyed the intelligence police and analyzed the survey with the structural equation model. This study mainly assumed that emotional labor had a major influence on job satisfaction among various influencing factors on job satisfaction, and that such influence would be mediated by supervisor support. As a result, this study estimated that emotional labor had a statistically significant negative effect on job satisfaction and superior support, and that superior support had a positive effect on job satisfaction. In addition, this study estimated that supervisor support partially mediated the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction. Also, among several control variables, such as remuneration, fairness, and organizational support, only remuneration was estimated to have a statistically significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Based on these results, this study suggests that the police workforce expand the operation of the police Mind Health Center, a psychological counseling center for police, to reduce the stress or side effects caused by emotional labor. This study also suggests that the police workforce improve the expression culture of the police organization that emphasizes only unconditional kindness to citizens.
