국문 초록

현대 사회는 복잡성과 상호작용성이 심화되면서 인간과 사회현상을 이해하는 새로운 이론적 틀이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구는 인문학적 장이론과 시스템 사고의 개념과 특징을 비교하고, 이들의 융합 가능성을 모색하여 인간과 사회 변화 분석을 위한 새로운 종합적 분석 틀을 제시하고자 한다. 인문학적 장이론은 주체와 장의 관계성, 변화와 중첩성을 강조하며 사회적· 문화적 현상의 다층성과 역동성을 분석하는 데 기여한다. 시스템 사고는 복잡한 시스템 내 요소 간의 상호작용과 피드백 구조를 통해 변화 과정을 설명한다. 본 연 구는 문헌 연구와 비교 분석 방법을 사용하여 두 이론의 핵심 개념과 적용 사례를 구조적으로 비교하고, 융합적 적용 가능성을 실천적 사회문제에 연결하였다. 결론적으로 두 이론은 인간 중심의 의미 기반적 접근(장이론)과 구조적 패턴 중 심 접근(시스템 사고)을 상호보완적으로 결합할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 융합 은 복합 사회문제 해결에 새로운 분석 틀을 제공하며, 변화 연구에서 주체성과 관 계성의 중요성을 부각하는 이론적·실천적 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

As complexity and interactivity intensify in contemporary society, new theoretical frameworks are required to understand human and social phenomena. This study aims to compare the concepts and characteristics of humanities-based field theory and systems thinking, and to explore their potential integration in proposing a new comprehensive analytical framework for analyzing human and societal changes. Field theory emphasizes the relational dynamics between agents and fields, as well as the multilayered and dynamic nature of change. Systems thinking explains social and organizational transformations through the interactions and feedback structures among complex system elements. Using literature review and comparative analysis, this research structurally compares the core concepts and applications of the two theories and explores their integrative application to practical social issues such as low birth rates, regional depopulation, and educational communities. The study found that the two theories can be complementarily combined, integrating the meaning-based human-centered approach of field theory with the structural pattern-focused approach of systems thinking. This integration provides a new analytical framework for addressing complex social problems and highlights the theoretical and practical significance of emphasizing subjectivity and relationality in change studies.
