국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학의 창의융합 전공 운영에 대한 현황과 요구를 분석하여 창의융합 전공의 효과적인 운영 방안에 대한 시사점 제안을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해A대학 교수를 대상으로 하여 온라인 설문조사를 기반으로 자료수집을 하고, 수집 자료는 독립표본 t검정과 The Locus for Focus Model의 적용을 통해 우선순위를 도출하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 마이크로전공이 가장 효과적인 전공유형으로 나타났으므로 단기 집중형 창의융합 교육의 효과성에 따라 마이크로 전공을 확대 운영할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 교수활동 여건, 교수학습 지원체계가 가장 취약한 영역으로 나타났고, 특히 융합교과 운영을 위한 행정지원, 산학협력 활동 지원, 업적평가의 합리성 등이 미흡한 것으로 나타나 교육과정 운영 측면에서 창의융합학부 조직 구조 개선을 통해 행정 및 교육 측면에서 제도적 지원 확대가 필요하다. 셋째, 미래 산업 연계성 강화를 위해서 산업체 전문가와의 협력교육이 최우선 과제로 도출되었고, 신기술 기반 교육환경 구축이 시급한 것으로 나타남에 따라 산업체 협력과 미래교육 환경 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학 창의융합 전공의 효과적인 운영을 위한 대학 교육 현장 중심의 실천적 방안에 대한 시사점을 제공한 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학 창의융합 교육 현장에서 창의융합 전공의 효과적인 운영을 지원하기 위한 구체적인 전략수립의 근거 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status and needs of the university's creative convergence major operation to suggest implications for the effective operation plan of the creative convergence major. To this end, data were collected through an online survey of professors at University A, and priorities were derived by applying the independent sample t-test and The Location for Focus model to the collected quantitative data. The main research results are: First, micro-major was found to be the most effective type of major, so it is necessary to expand and operate micro-major according to the effectiveness of short-term intensive creative convergence education. Second, teaching activity conditions and teaching and learning support systems were found to be the most vulnerable areas, and in particular, administrative support for the operation of convergence subjects, industry-academic cooperation activities, and rationality of achievement evaluation were found to be insufficient. In terms of curriculum operation, it is necessary to expand institutional support in terms of administration and education by improving the organizational structure of the Department of Creative Convergence. Third, it is necessary to cooperate with industries and establish a future education environment as cooperative education with industry experts was derived as a top priority to strengthen future industrial connectivity, and it appears urgent to establish an educational environment based on new technologies. This study is significant in that it provided implications for field-oriented practical measures for the effective operation of university creative convergence majors. The results of this study are expected to be used as the basis for establishing specific strategies to support the effective operation of creative convergence majors in the field of university creative convergence education.
