국문 초록

본 연구는 물류 산업의 새로운 변화를 조사하고, 스마트 물류센터를 통한 물류 효율성 향상과 물류산업의 지속 가능성 강화에 기여하기 위해, AI 활용 시 스마트 물류센터의 변화에 대한 적절한 대응방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 최근 물류 산업은 전자상거래의 급격한 성장과 소비자 요구의 다양화로 인해 물류 수요가 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 기존 물류센터는 여러 한계를 드러내고 있다. 이와 함께 인건비 상승, 물류 효율성 및 정확성에 대한 요구도 꾸준히 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과, 로봇 기술, 사물인터넷(IoT), 빅데이터 분석, 자동화 시스템 등의 첨단 기술에 인공지능(AI)을 활용할 경우, 운영 효율성이 극대화되고, 오류를 최소화하며, 실시간 데이터 분석을 통해 정밀한 물류센터 운영이 가능할 것으로 판단되어지는 바, 추후 연구에서는 AI를 활용한 실사례분석을 추가, 실시할 예정이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study conducted a more detailed analysis and examination of the concept, problems, and solutions of smart logistics centers in the era of global artificial intelligence. This study examined the new changes in the logistics industry and developed appropriate response measures to the changes to help improve logistics efficiency through smart logistics centers and enhance the sustainability of the logistics industry. Research design, data, and methodology: Establishing a smart distribution center in relation to the establishment of a smart distribution center is necessary. This study attempted to find ways to address problems that may arise in establishing a smart distribution center by improving the problems associated with establishing a smart distribution center. Support measures were used as a research method, focusing on literature and case studies. Results: Smart logistics centers are expected to develop further by incorporating advanced technologies. In particular, delivery using self-driving cars and drones, enhancement of the transparency of logistics data using blockchain technology, and energy efficiency technology for sustainable logistics will be discussed as the key issues regarding the future development of smart logistics centers. Conclusions: Smart logistics centers have been established as an innovative approach that can overcome the limitations of traditional logistics. Successful cases and experiences of smart logistics centers at home and abroad corroborate the necessity for the rapid adoption of new technologies and policy support and present a blueprint for sustainable development of the logistics industry in the future.
