정서 외상이 불안에 미치는 영향 - 걱정, 수용, 자기비난의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 아동기 정서외상이 불안에 미치는 영향에서 정서조절 요인들인 걱정, 수용, 자기비난의 병렬-순차적 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 전국의 대학생 313명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 매크로 프로세스 80번모형을 적용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서외상은 불안, 걱정, 수용, 자기비난과 상관관계가 유의하였다. 둘째, 정서외상과 불안의 관계에서 걱정과 자기비난의 유의한 매개효과를 보였다. 셋째, 정서외상과 불안의 관계에서 수용과 자기비난의 순차 매개효과가 유의하였다. 즉, 정서외상은 걱정을 높이며 자기비난을 거쳐 불안의 증가로 이어졌고, 수용을 거치며 자기비난을 낮춰 불안의 감소로 이어지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 정서외상에 대한 이해를 높이고 이들에 대한 예방 및 치료적 개입에서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the parallel-sequential mediating effects of emotional regulation factors on the relationship between childhood emotional trauma and anxiety. In doing so data were collected and on line survey, and 313 college students completed survey, and data were analyzed using macro process model 80. The results of this study were as follows. First, emotional trauma was significantly correlated with anxiety, worry, acceptance, and self-blame. Second, in the relationship between emotional trauma and anxiety, the serial mediating effect of worry and self-blame was significant. Third, the serial mediating effect of acceptance and self-blame was significant in the relationship between emotional trauma and anxiety. That is to say, emotional trauma increased anxiety by passing through a increase in worry and self-blame, whereas acceptance decreased anxiety by way of an decrease in self-blame. Through an understanding of these results, we tried to understanding of emotional trauma and applied to their prevention and intervention.
