Personalized learning path recommendation is a critical research direction for achieving intelligent and individualized online learning. However, existing methods predominantly rely on learners’ behavioral data while overlooking their knowledge structures, leading to insufficient recommendation accuracy and a lack of interpretability. Therefore, this paper proposes a dynamic learning obstacle analysis and learning path recommendation method based on real-time cognitive diagnosis. The method integrates multi-dimensional data, including exercise features and learning states, to conduct real-time diagnosis of learners’ mastery of acquired knowledge concepts, generating a topological sequence graph of their learned knowledge. Subsequently, a collaborative filtering algorithm is employed to recommend personalized learning paths based on learners’ “Zone of Proximal Development” (ZPD). Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can dynamically and accurately diagnose learners’ knowledge structures. The recommended learning paths effectively enhance learning motivation, improve academic performance, and achieve high user satisfaction. This study provides novel insights for personalized learning path recommendation.

영문 초록

个性化学习路径推荐是在线学习个性化和智能化的关键研究方向,但现有方法多依赖学习行为数据而忽略学习者知识结构,导致推荐路径准确性不足且缺乏可解释性。鉴于此,本文提出一种基于实时认知诊断的动态学习阻障分析与学习路径推荐方法,该方法融合习题特征与学习状态等多维度数据,对学习者已学知识概念的掌握情况进行实时诊断,生成学习者已学知识概念的拓扑序列图,然后采用协同过滤算法基于学习者“最近发展区”推荐个性化学习路径。研究结果表明,该方法能实时、准确地诊断学习者的知识结构,所推荐的学习路径能够增强学习者学习动机,提高学习成绩,获得较高的用户满意度,本研究为个性化学习路径推荐提供了新思路。
