국문 초록

Border region normal universities bear the important mission of cultivating teachers for regional development. Addressing the changes and opportunities brought by new-quality productive forces to education and teaching is a crucial task in the training of normal university students in the new era and a key factor in the transformation and development of education in border areas. Empowering the training of border region normal university students with new-quality productive forces refers to leveraging the integration and innovation of digital technology with teacher education curricula, catalyzing educational and teaching reforms, and serving the cultivation of top-tier innovative talents who can adapt to new-quality productive forces. This study examines the key elements of new-quality productive forces and, taking primary education majors at a border region normal university as research subjects, explores educational and teaching strategies from both the perspectives of real challenges and practical solutions, using the History of Chinese and Foreign Education course as a case study.

영문 초록

边疆师范院校承担着培育兴边教师的重要使命，应对新质生产力给教育教学带来的变化和机遇，是新时代师范生培育的重要任务，也是边疆教育转型发展的关键。新质生产力赋能边疆师范生培养，意指依托数字技术与师范生课程的融合创新，催化边疆教育教学改革，为培养适应新质生产力的拔尖创新人才服务。本研究从新质生产力的构成要素出发，以边疆某师范院校小学教育专业师范生为研究对象，以《中外教育史》课程教学为案例，从现实挑战和实践策略两个层面，探讨新质生产力赋能边疆公费师范生培养的教育教学策略。
