국문 초록

본 연구는 온라인을 통해 발생하는 빅데이터 키워드 정보를 바탕으로 도심항공교통(UAM)에 대한 수요자들의 인식 요인을 알아보고 도심항공교통이 새로운 교통수단으로 자리 잡기 위한 전략 요인 도출의 근거자료를 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 핵심이 감정요인 분석임에 따라 저자가 특허 등록한 ‘감성정보 분석 방법’을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 도심항공교통의 수요자들이 생각하는 가장 긍정의 감정은 ‘드론사업’ 관련 요인이었다. 미래 산업으로써 드론을 활용한 택배 분야에 높은 만족도와 기대를 가지고 있는 것으로 풀이되며, 부정의 감정으로는 ‘비행안전’ 관련 요인으로 도출됨에 따라 향후 도심항공교통 사업이 자리매김 하기 위해서는 안전 분야에 더욱 관심을 가질 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 향후 도심항공교통 활성화 지원 사업 실행 시, ‘드론사업’의 발굴에 더욱 심도 있는 분야의 개발과 운영이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate consumers' perception factors for urban air mobility (UAM) based on big data keyword information generated online and provide evidence for deriving strategic factors to establish urban air mobility as a new means of transportation. As the core of the study was emotional factor analysis, the author used the ‘emotional information analysis method’ patented. As a result of the analysis, the most positive emotions felt by consumers of urban air mobility were factors related to the ‘drone business’. It is interpreted that there is high satisfaction and expectation in the field of delivery using drones as a future industry, and the negative sentiment was derived as a factor related to 'flight safety'. In order for the urban air mobility business to establish itself in the future, more attention should be paid to the field of safety. This suggests that there is a need for attention. These research results suggest that more in-depth development and operation is needed to discover the ‘drone business’ when implementing future urban air mobility revitalization support projects.
