국문 초록

Deng Xiaoping Theory, as an important achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism, emerged in response to the requirements of China's reform and development, focusing on the proposition of “what socialism is and how to build socialism”. This theory constructs a unified scientific system for Communist Party members to adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in terms of epistemology, methodology, and practice, based on the philosophical logic that material determines consciousness, productive forces determine production relations, and economic foundation determines superstructure. This system characterizes the fundamental nature, practical rules, value orientation, and environmental conditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and scientifically applies the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, including problem orientation starting from reality, the only standard for testing truth through practice, the ideological liberation line of seeking truth from facts, and the advanced form of building socialism. It has important implications for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

영문 초록

邓小平理论作为马克思主义中国化的重要成果，应中国改革和发展的时代要求，围绕“什么是社会主义，怎样建设社会主义”的命题而产生。该理论从物质决定意识、生产力决定生产关系、经济基础决定上层建筑的哲学逻辑构建了共产党人坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的科学体系，该体系表征为中国特色社会主义的根本性质、实践法则、价值指向和环境营造，并科学运用了辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的方法论，包括一切从实际出发的问题导向、实践检验真理的唯一标准、实事求是的思想解放路线、建设社会主义的先进形态等，对新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义具有指引和启示的价值。
