청년창업가의 개인역량과 창업준비수준이 창업성과에 미치는 영향 요인 연구 : 창업컨설팅의 조절효과 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 청년창업가의 개인역량과 창업준비수준이 창업성과에 미치는 영향과 창업컨설팅의 신뢰도와 만족도에 대한 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 거주하는 청년창업가를 대상으로 수집한 설문 190부를 실증분석에 사용하였고, SPSS v28.0을 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 청년창업가의 개인역량 중 위험감수성과 창업 준비 수준에서는 아이템선정과 창업준비기간이 종속변수인 창업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 개인역량 중 리더십역량과 기술혁신역량 그리고 창업 준비 수준에서 창업자금은 창업성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조절효과인 컨설팅 신뢰도와 만족도는 청년창업가의 개인역량과 창업성과 간을 부분 조절하는 것으로 나타났고, 청년창업가의 창업준비수준과 창업성과간에는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 청년창업가의 개인역량과 창업준비수준은 창업성과에 영향을 미치고 있어 중요한 변수임을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과는 창업을 준비하는 청년창업가들과 창업지원을 위한 정책 입안자에게 청년창업육성을 위한 맞춤형 정책에 도움이 되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of young entrepreneurs' individual competency and start-up preparation level on start-up performance and the moderating effect on the reliability and satisfaction of start-up consulting. To this end, 190 surveys collected for young entrepreneurs living across the country were used for empirical analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis was conducted using SPSS v28.0. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that item selection and start-up preparation period had a significant effect on start-up performance, which is a dependent variable among young entrepreneurs' individual competencies, and it was found that start-up funds did not significantly affect start-up performance among individual competencies in leadership competency, technological innovation competency, and start-up preparation level. Second, the moderating effect, consulting reliability and satisfaction, was found to partially control the individual competency and start-up performance of young entrepreneurs, and there was no moderating effect between the start-up preparation level and start-up performance of young entrepreneurs. Therefore, it can be confirmed that the individual competency and start-up preparation level of young entrepreneurs are important variables as they affect start-up performance. The results of these studies are hoped to be helpful to young entrepreneurs preparing for start-ups and policy makers for start-up support in customized policies for fostering young entrepreneurs.
