초등 현직교사와 예비교사가 인식하는 창의적 사고기법 중요도와 수행도 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 초등 현직교사와 예비교사가 창의적 사고기법의 중요도와 수행도를 어떻게 인식하는지 확인하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 창의적 사고기법의 중요도-수행도를 알아보는 설문지를 4점 Likert 척도로 구성하여 유의적 표집에 의해 초등 현직교사 30명과 예비교사 30명을 대상으로 2015년 11월부터 12월까지 조사 연구를 적용하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등 현직교사가 인식하는 창의적 사고기법의 중요도와 수행도는 전체 3점 이상으로 평균 이상이었다. IPA Matrix 구성결과 중점 투자영역에 해당하는 4사분면에 위치하는 기법은 확인되지 않았다. 교육요구도 산출 결과 ‘스캠퍼’의 교육요구가 가장 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 초등 예비교사가 인식하는 창의적 사고기법의 중요도와 수행도는 전체 3점 이상으로 평균 이상이었다. IPA Matrix에서는 4사분면에 ‘자연물본뜨기기법’, ‘스캠퍼’, ‘PMI’가 위치하고 있었다. 교육요구도 산출 결과 ‘마인드맵’이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구에서 확인된 결과를 바탕으로 현직교사의 경우 발명교육연수 등을 통한 창의적 사고기법의 경험 수준 향상을 목표로 하여야하며 그 중 ‘스캠퍼’에 대하여 중점적인 교육이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 예비교사의 경우 이 연구의 결과를 충분히 고려하여 교사 교육 단계에서 ‘자연물본뜨기기법’, ‘스캠퍼’, ‘PMI’, ‘마인드맵’을 좀 더 심도 있게 다룰 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to verify how in-service and pre-service elementary school teacher recognize the importance and performance of creative thinking technique. To achieve the study goal, we composed the questionnaire that studies the importance-performance of creative thinking technique as 4 points Likert scale, and applied the questionnaire to 30 of in-service elementary school teacher and 30 of pre-service elementary school teacher by purposing sampling from November to December 2015. The result of study is following. First, the importance and performance of creative thinking technique recognized by in-service elementary school teacher are overall over 3 points, above the average. As the result of IPA Matrix, the method of locating on fourth quadrant as core investment area was not verified. As the result of calculating education needs, we verified that the education needs of ‘Scamper’ was highest. Second, the importance and performance of creative thinking technique recognized by pre-service elementary school teacher are overall over 3 points, above the average. On IPA Matrix, ‘Technique of imitating natural object’, ‘Scamper’ and ‘PMI’ were located on fourth quadrant. As the result of calculating education needs, ‘Mind Map’ was highest. Therefore, based on the verified result from the study, in the case of in-service teacher, they have to set the goal for the enhancement of experience standard of creative thinking technique through invention education training, and we measured that the education about ‘Scamper’ in priority is needed. In the case of pre-service teacher, abundantly considering the result of study, they need to deal with in-depth ‘Technique of imitating natural object’, ‘Scamper’, ‘PMI’ and ‘Mind Map’.
