국문 초록

술과 음주는 베트남의 오랜 문화이다. 축제와 결혼식, 기념일, 장례식 등 베트남 54개 소수민족의 전통 의례와 생활에서 술은 없어서는 안될 음료이자 공양물이다. 특히 결혼식에서 술은 빼놓을 수 없다. 빈랑나무 열매와 함께 술은 베트남 결혼식에서 필수적으로 제공되는 품목이다. 또한 구정(Tet) 연휴를 보내면서 술을 빼놓을 수가 없다. 술은 사람들을 더 가까워지게 하고, 더 행복해지게 하며, 더 열정적으로 만들어 주기 때문이다. 베트남에서는 구정 (Tet) 에 술로 보상받는 풍습도 있다. 술을 따르고 잔을 올리는 방식에는 문화적인 아름다움이 투영된다. 베트남에서도 건배할 때 술잔에 감정의 공유와 이야기, 우정의 말이 담긴다. 보통 건강을 기원하거나 격려하는 말, 기쁨을 나누는 말이다. 그러나 베트남의 음추문화는 외국처럼 의례에 치중하거나 형식에 얽매이지 않는 즐거움을 더 중요하게 생각한다. 한국은 고유한 전통문화를 가진 나라이고, 음주문화 역시 예외가 아니라고 보인다. 베트남과 달리 한국에는 앉는 자세, 술을 따르는 법, 술잔을 받는 법 등 술을 마실 때 지켜야 할 방식이 꽤 여럿이다. 특히 연장자와 술을 마실 때는 더욱 그렇다. 한국인들은 술자리에서 위계질서를 매우 중시하는 것으로 생각된다. 과거에는 명절 등 특별한 날에나 술을 마셨지만, 지금은 술을 마시는 자리가 많아졌다. 술은 인류의 삶에 예전부터 존재해 왔고, 현재도 그리고 앞으로도 종재할 것이다. 베트남과 한국의 음주예절을 비교한 이 논문을 통해 술이 가진 양국 간의 경제적인 측면을 넘어 문화적인 상품으로서 술의 가치가 발현되기를 기대한다.

Alcoholic beverage and drinking culture are also a Vietnamese culture that have existed for a long time. In many traditional rituals of 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam such as festivals, weddings, anniversaries, funerals, etc., alcoholic beverageis an indispensable drink and offering in the life of the Vietnamese ethnic community. alcoholic beverageis an indispensable part of a wedding. Along with betel nut, alcoholic beverageis a compulsory offering. alcoholic beverageis indispensable in Tet holiday. It is something that makes people closer, happier and more passionate. Since ancient times, there was a custom of taking alcoholic beverageas a reward in Tet holiday. Drinking alcoholic beverageis a traditional culture of the Vietnamese people. Cultural beauty is reflected in the way of pouring wine and raising a glass. A glass of alcoholic beverageis sipped with stories, shared feelings, bonded friendship. Especially on festive days, it also shows the beauty in the way to toast each other. In a banquet, often accompanied by health wishes, words of encouragement, sharing joy is a cup of wine of brothers and friends; Even a cup of alcoholic beverageis a word of social acquaintance of strangers when sharing a tray of rice. Not as complicated as foreigners, Vietnamese people in the drinking culture don't focus too much on rituals but just want to have a complete and unstructured fun. Korea is a country that attaches great importance to traditional culture, so drinking culture in Korea can also be considered a very unique culture of this country. Different from Vietnam, Korea has quite a few rules when drinking such as sitting position, how to properly pour wine, how to receive and invite wine. Especially when drinking with older people. Because Koreans attach great importance to the hierarchical relationship on the drinking table. In the past, people used to gather and drink alcoholic beverageon special occasions such as holidays, etc. But now Koreans drink alcoholic beverageat any event, any day.
