국문 초록

유가사상은 수천 년의 역사를 가지고 있으며 동아시아 각국의 기업문화 발전에 매우 중요한 역할을하였다. 따라서 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 중국의 기업문화에서 유가문화 요소를 연구대상으로 하여 각 문화요소간의 상호영향 및 인과관계를 분석하여 각 문화요소의 영향도를 확인하기 위해 기존의 여러 학자의 선행연구를 토대로 하여 이를 분류, 정리해 유가문화의 중심을 이루는 6가지 차원중 16개 문화요소를 추출하고 관련분야 전문가 12명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 DEMATEL 분석법을 이용하여 기업 발전에 대한 유가문화적 요소의 역할 관계를 바탕으로 중국 현대 기업문화의 특성과 중국 현대 기업문화 새로운 좌표를 제시해 보았다. 본 연구에 의하면 ‘유가사상과 기업문화’라는 주제와 관련된 문헌을 수집해 본 결과 ‘인’, ‘덕’, ‘예’, ‘지’, ‘신’, ‘화’ 등 6가지 유가의 핵심사상이 중국 현대기업에서 서로 다른 지도적 역할을 수행하고 있다는실을 밝혀냈다. 특히 DEMATEL 분석법을 이용하여 실시한 기업발전에 대한 유가문화 요소의 역할관계를 바탕으로 한 중국 현대 기업문화의 특징은 1. 인간중심(以人爲本)의 문화,: 좋은 생활환경과 근무환경을 조성해야만 직원의 잠재력을 충분히 동원할 수 있으며； 2. 덕의쌍치(德義双治) 문화: 즉 의와 이익 모두를 배려하는 것으로서, 기업은 의에서 이익을 얻으므로 이익을 추구하면서 사회에 이익이 환원되어야 한다는 사상; 3. 내성외왕(內性外旺)의 문화: 직원들이 끊임없이 내면의 본성을 배우고 풍요롭게 해야 하는 기업 문화, 즉 자생적 문화 건설에 ‘내면의 성와 외계의 왕’이 적용될 때 비로서 직원들의 삶의 지혜를 향상시키고 직원들의 인성 성장에 관심을 기울이는 것도 기업 경영자들이 주목해야 할 사항으로 보는 사고 등이다. 중국 현대 기업문화에서 바람직스럽지 못한 점은 1. 성실성과 신뢰부족: 기업은 신뢰에 기반하지 않거나 주의를 기울이지 않고 내부직원 및 고객에게 약속을 하는 경우 2. 기업의 제도화가 취약: 우수한 기업문화의 관리 시스템은 반드시 과학, 표준화 및 합리적 관리의 구현인 바 이러한 점들이 취약하며 3. 지속 가능한 발전 이념의 부족: 지난 몇 년 동안 중국의 경제가 급속히 발전하면서 생태환경은 심각하게 훼손되고 오염되고 있다는 점에서 기업의 사회적 책임의(CSR) 구현이 매우 부족하다는 점이다.

영문 초록

Confucianism has a history of thousands of years and plays a vital role in the development of corporate culture in East Asian countries. By collecting and summarizing the literature related to the theme of Confucianism and corporate culture”, we found six core ideas of Confucianism such as “benevolence”, “virtue”, “etiquette”, “intelligence”, “loyalty” and “peace”. Each of them plays a different degree of guiding role in modern Chinese enterprises. Based on the previous studies, this paper identifies 16 cultural elements in the six dimensions of Confucian culture. In order to study the influence of 16 Confucian cultural elements on business management, a questionnaire on the degree of mutual influence of 16 cultural elements was produced by Decision-making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory method, and a detailed questionnaire survey was conducted among 12 industry experts by Delphi method. Taking the Confucian cultural elements in Chinese corporate culture as research objects, the interaction status and causal logic relationship between each cultural element are analyzed, and the Effect Degree、Affected Degree、Cause Degree、Prominence Degree of each cultural element is affected. Based on the relationship between Confucian cultural elements and enterprise development, it is found that the characteristics of Chinese modern corporate culture are as follows:1.People-oriented. People are the most precious. Only by creating good living conditions and working environment can it fully mobilize the potential of the employees; 2.Govern by virtue and righteousness. Giving consideration to both righteousness and profits, and the enterprise should be beneficial to the society while pursuing the benefits as the profits come from the righteousness; 3.The inner saint and outer king. When the “inner saint and outer king” is applied in the construction of enterprise culture, which requires employees to constantly learn and enrich their inner nature, that is, self-cultivation. Therefore, improving employees’ life wisdom and paying attention to the growth of employees’ personality are also what the enterprise managers should pay attention to. The lack of integrity in China’s modern corporate culture lies in: 1. Lack of integrity. Enterprise often make promises to internal employees and customers without paying attention to implementation;2. The weak institutionalization of enterprises. The management system of excellent enterprise culture is necessarily the embodiment of science, standardization and rational management;3. Violation of sustainable development. With the development of Chinese extensive economy in the past few years, the ecological environment in our country has been seriously damaged and polluted.
