리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

급변하는 환경하에서 기업의 혁신행동을 증대시키기 위해 본 연구는 리더십(진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십), 잡크래프팅 및 혁신행동 간의 관계를 연구하고자 하며 또한 리더십과 잡크래프팅 간의 관계에있어 그릿의 조절효과를 구명하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 국내에 소재하는 종업원 100인 이상의 기업에종사하는 494명의 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며 통계분석을 위하여 SPSS ver.22와AMOS ver.22 프로그램이 사용되었다. 진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십은 잡크래프팅과 혁신행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 진성리더십 및 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 과업크래프팅과 인지크래프팅은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 그릿은 진성리더십과 인지크래프팅 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 기업의 조직유효성을 증대시키는 기반을 구축하는데 유효한 자료로 활용될수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

In order to increase companies’ innovative behavior in rapidly changing environment this study intends to examine the relations between leadership(Authentic leadership, Transformational leadership), job crafting and innovative behavior. Also another purpose is to examine the moderating effect of GRIT on relationship between leadership and job crafting. Data were collected using a questionnaire on 494 employees working in domestic companies with employees over 100 and the SPSS ver.22 and AMOS ver.22 program were used for data analysis. Authentic leadership and transformational leadership had a significant postive effect on job crafting and innovative behavior. In the relationship between authentic leadership, transformational leadership and innovative behavior, task crafting and cognitive crafting showed a mediating effect, GRIT was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and cognitive crafting. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for establishing a system for expanding the effectiveness of the corporate organization.
