국문 초록

본 논문은 질적 연구로, 이혼으로 인한 한부모가족이 경험할 수 있는 법적ㆍ사회복지적 주요 쟁점이 될 수 있는 문제들에 대한 접근방법과 해결 방향성을 제시함으로써 이혼으로 인한한부모가족의 안녕과 복지증진에 기여하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 이혼으로 인한 한부모가족의경제적 어려움을 보호할 수 있는 보호망을 강화해야 하며, 아동의 생존권을 위협할 수 있는양육비 미지급을 아동학대로 처벌할 수 있는 입법도 요구된다. 저소득 이혼 한부모가족에 대한 영구임대주택의 확대, 여성가족부의 가족역량강화 지원사업 강화, 이혼가족에 대한 심리상담 및 치료 등 이혼 한부모가족을 지원하는 국가ㆍ사회의 경제적ㆍ정서적ㆍ사회적 지원체계를 강화하고, 한부모가족을 위한 보다 전문적이고 실제적인 프로그램들을 지속적으로 개발해나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the improvement of the well-being and welfare of single-parent families due to divorce by suggesting approaches and solutions to problems that can be major legal and social welfare issues experienced by single-parent families due to divorce. There is a need to strengthen the protection network to protect the economic difficulties of single parent families due to divorce, and legislation is also required to punish child abuse for unpaid child support expenses that could threaten the child’s right to live. It is necessary to expand permanent rental housing for low-income divorced single-parent families, strengthen the family capacity building support project of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, strengthen the economic, emotional and social support system of the state and society that supports divorced single-parent families, such as psychological counseling and treatment for divorced families, and continue to develop more professional and practical programs for single-parent families.
