영화적 미장아빔과 사공도 <함축> 개념의 동아시아 영화 연구 적용 가능성

국문 초록

영화적 미장 아빔은 한 편의 영화에 기존의 영화 텍스트와 타 장르의 텍스트가 배치되어 영화적 의미 작용과 미학적 장치로 활용된다. 함축(含蓄)은 ‘표현의 의미를 한 가지로 나타내지 아니하고 문맥을 통하여 여러 가지 뜻을 암시하거나내포’한다. 함축은 언어로 표현해 내지 못하는 곡진한 뜻과 감정으로 이루어진심연이다. 시품의 함축과 영화적 요소가 배치된 영화적 미장아빔으로 영화텍스트의 해석 가능성을 시도해본다. 장예모의 <영웅>에 영화적 미장아빔으로 배치된 것은 첫 번째 형가 고사의 변주다. 공통점은 형가의 진시황 시해 실패이며 원인은 거문고 연주자 문형의 도움과 신하의 도움 그리고 협객의 자진 철회로 차이가 난다. 두 번째 함축된 것은 검과 서의 일체 사상과 도가적 세계이다. 검의 무용을 통한 무협의 경지 표현은 진시황의 평화론으로 귀결된다. 세 번째는 무협영화 비무(比武) 장면에서 내포된의경(意境) 몽타쥬이다. 어트랙션 몽타쥬는 이미지와 이미지 사이의 유사성을 강조하였다면 의경 몽타쥬는 장면 이미지에 대한 중국 미학적 해석으로 귀결된다. 네 번째는 색채에 함축된 의미다. 색채는 서사의 구분과 역사적 사실에 대한 고증이라는 함의를 지닌다. 다섯 번째는 다민족일국가라는 통일 중국 지향과 중화주의적 요소다. 여섯 번째는 장예모의 변화와 주선율 영화와 호응이다. 장률의 <당시>는 삽입된 당시의 등장으로 시와 영화와 장르가 영화적 미장아빔으로 배치된다. 또한 여자는 양강의 기운이 강하고 남자는 유약의 기운이 강하여 음양의 역할이 전도되었다. 하나의 시퀀스가 끝날 때 마다 당시 한수가 등장하여 장면과 연관성을 갖거나 인물과 서사의 의경 몽타쥬를 이루어낸다. 인물은근원적 내면의 거처를 잃은 정신적 이산자들이다. 이 모든 징후는 상실체험으로수렴된다. 이는 장률의 텍스트에서 디아스포라라는 강으로 가는 근원 서사의 발원지를 <당시>에서 만날 수 있다.

영문 초록

Cinematic mise-en-abyme is applied as a cinematic signification and an aesthetic device by making the existing cinematic text and the text of other genre combined in a film. Implication indicates ‘suggesting or connoting various meanings through contexts without delivering the meaning of an expression in one way.’ Implication is an abyss which consists of earnest and delicate meanings and emotions. The implications of poetry and cinematic mise-en-abyme were adopted in this paper to try the possibilities of construability of cinematic texts. What is arranged as cinematic mise-en-abyme in Zhang Yimou’s falls in a variation of Hyengga. First, the likeness is Hyengga’s failure in assassinating Qin Shi Huang, but the differences appear in the causes which are a geomungo player Munhyeng’s help, a retainer’s help and the assassin’s withdrawal. Second, the implications are the idea of unity between sword and literature, and the ideology of Taoism. The chivalrous stage expressed through a sword dance is concluded into the pacifism of Qin Shi Huang. Third, the Yigyeng montage is nested the non-martial art scene of a martial art film. While the attraction montage emphasizes the similarities among images, the Yigyeng montage is concluded into the Sinicized aesthetic interpretation of scene images. Fourth, colors have narrative and realistic implications. Fifth, there are the orientation toward the united China as a united multiracial country and Sinicism elements. Sixth, Zhang Yimou’s status has changed him to leaned toward leitmotif films. In Zhang Lu’s , the conspiracy and failure of a pickpocket and a poem of the Tang era inserted in the middle make a cinematic mise-en-abyme between poetry and cinema. In addition, the roles of yin and yang are reversed by presenting a woman of strong energy and a man of weak energy. The characters show the Yigyeng montage through their feelings. There appear wanderers of spirit who have lost their original inner roots. All these signs are converged into one commonness which is the experience of loss. This loss forms sub-class by separating into home, nation, spiritual root, workplace, and family. The main character of lost job, which was the living foundation, and got physical injuries, all of which led to the loss of job identity. In Zhang Lu’s text, makes it possible to see the source of the original narration which is led to the river of Diaspora.
