지체부자유학생과 일반학생의 성에 대한 지식 및 태도 비교 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 일반학생에 비교한 지체부자유학생의 성에 대한 지식 수준 및 태도 경향을 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 따라 무선 표집된 P시의 일반학생 422명과 전국 10개 특수학교의 정신지체를 수반하지 않는 185명의 지체부자유학생들을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 조사하고 설정된 변인별에 따라 통계분석법을 적용한 결과 얻어진 주된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체부자유학생이 일반학생보다 성지식을 묻는 대부분의 항목에서 낮은 득점을 나타냈으며, 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의미한 수준이었다. 둘째, 지체부자유학생이 일반학생에 비해 성태도에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.셋째, 지체부자유학생의 성지식은 학교 급별 및 장애유형별에 따른 차이는 보이지 않았으나, 성별에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 지체부자유학생의 성에 대한 태도는 성별, 학교 급별, 장애유형별 모두에서 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 다섯째, 뇌성마비학생과 진행성근위축증 학생에 있어서 성지식과 성태도(감정, 인지, 행동적 태도)간에 전반적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다.여섯째, 척추 및 기타장애학생은 성지식이 높을수록 성에 대한 감정적 및 인지적 태도가 높게 나타난 반면, 성에 대한 행동적 태도는 반대 경향을 나타내는 특징을 볼 수 있었다. 이상 결과를 토대로 지체부자유학생을 위한 성교육 및 성태도 변화를 위한 프로그램의 필요성 및 구성 방안에 대하여 고찰하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine knowledge level and attitude tendency toward sex life in adolescent students with and without physical disability. According to the goal of this study, 185 students with physical disability who do not have mental disability in 10 special school of the hole country and 422 normal students from 4 random sampled schools in P city were involved in this study for comparison. This study used questionnaires and applied statistical analysis to obtained result according to change factor. The results are following. First, the students with physical disability produced low score than the normal students in sex knowledge. That is significant level statistically. Second, there was no significant difference in sex attitude between the normal students and the students with physical disability. Third, there was no significant difference in sex knowledge of the students with physical disability according to school difference, type of disability . But, there was significant difference according to sex. Forth, there was no significant difference in sex attitude of the students with physical disability in according to sex, school difference, types of disability. Fifth, there was no positive correlation between sex knowledge and attitude (emotional, cognitive, behavioral attitude) of students with cerebral palsy and progressive muscular atrophy. Sixth, when the high score of sex knowledge, their emotional, cognitive attitude toward sex of the students with progressive muscular atrophy the students with the spinal cord injuries or other disability was high. While behavior attitude toward sex produced the opposite. This study considered about necessity and plan for change of the sex education and sex attitude on the basis of the result.
