교직실무 개선을 위한 교직실무 교재의 비교분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 교직실무 교과도입의 10년을 기하여 교직과목에 대한 개편요구가 높아지고 있는 상황에 교직실무 개선을 위해 교직실무 교재의 내용을 분석하고 그 결과에 기초하여 개선된 교직실무 교재의 집필 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2012년부터 2019년까지 출판된 34권의 교직실무교재를 대상으로 2009년부터 2011년도까지의 초기 교직실무 교재를 분석한 연구와 비교분석하였으며 이를 통해 교직실무 교재의 재구성 결과를 제시하였다. 연구결과 2009년 도입 이후 초반에 사용된 교직실무 교재에 비해 최근의 교재는 전체적으로 교육의 본질에 충실한 교재로 개선되었으며 시대의 흐름이 반영되었음을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 상당수의 교직실무 교재가 교육부의 교직과목 세부 이수 기준을 적용하지 않고 있었으며 이에 현행 교직실무 교재는 교육부가 기대하는 교사의 양성에는 최적화 되어있지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 교직실무 교재의 정체성, 내용구성, 현장성의 한계를 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 연구결과를 토대로 교육부의 기준과 현장의 필요성 등을 고려하여 선행연구의 제안과 최근 교육현안을 다루는 주제를 반영한 재구성된 교직실무 개선안을 제안하였다. 이 연구는 교직과목에 대한 개편요구가 높아지고 있는 현 시점에서 교직실무 과목의 향후 개편에 대한 시사점을 제공하며 현행 교직실무 교재의 현황과 더불어 앞으로의 교직실무 교과목에 대한 실제적인 교육내용을 제시하였다는 의의가 있다. 끝으로 교직실무 교재의 개선을 위해 현장 교사를 통한 교직의 실제에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of the ‘teaching practice textbooks and to present ideas for improving teaching practice based on the results when the demand for the reorganization of the subjects is increasing for the 10 years of teaching practice. For this purpose, this study analyzed 34 teaching practice textbooks published from 2012 to 2019, and presented the results of comparative analysis with the analysis of textbooks from 2009 to 2011 and the results of the reconstruction of teaching materials were presented. This study found that compared to the teaching practice textbooks used in the early stages since its introduction in 2009, the latest textbooks have been improved into textbooks that focus more onto the nature of education and reflect the trend of the times. However, since many teaching practice textbooks do not comply with the governments standards, it was expected that the current teaching practice textbooks may not be enough to train teachers expected by the government. These results confirm the limitations of identity, content composition, and authenticity of teaching practice textbooks. Based on the results of the study, this study proposed a revised teaching practice improvement plan that reflected topics dealing with recent educational issues, considering the standards of the Korean government and the necessity of the education site. It is meaningful that this research provides implications for the future reorganization of teaching practice subjects at a time when demands for reform of teaching subjects are increasing, and suggests practical education contents on future teaching practice as well as the current status of teaching practice textbooks. Finally, the necessity of research on field teachers for the improvement of teaching materials for the teaching profession was suggested.
