국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 학습에 대한 재학생들의 경험과 요구도를 통해 포스트 코로나 시대의 대학교육 질 제고를 위한 방안을 모색하는 것으로, 2020 K-NSSE 온라인 학습경험조사를 활용한 양적 연구와 대학생 심층 면담을 통한 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 대학교육의 질을 가늠할 수 있는 재학생들의 대학몰입과 학생성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴본 결과, 유의미학습 경험과 온라인에서의 교수자 수업 노력이 대학몰입과 학생성과에 영향을 많이 미치고 있었다. 그리고 온라인 학습경험, 교수-학생 상호작용, 교수면담, 대학에서의 지원 정도에 대해 부정적인 의견뿐 아니라, 온라인 학습 시 토론이나 협동 학습은 수행이 어려웠으나 교수자와의 개별적인 학습 상담 및 질의응답은 오히려 대면 수업 때보다 수월했다는 의견도 도출되었다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 포스트 코로나 시대의 대학교육에서 지원해야 할 학습경험과 교육서비스에 대한 질 관리 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

he purpose of this study is to explore ways to improve the quality of university education in the post-corona era through the experiences and demands of current students for non-face-to-face online learning. This study was conducted by adding quantitative research using survey data and qualitative research through in-depth interviews with university students. As a result of the analysis, meaningful learning experience and online teaching efforts had a lot of influence on university commitment, followed by the degree of university s online application, online learning system satisfaction, and online cooperative learning attitude. In addition, there were not only negative opinions about the online learning experience, professor-student interaction, faculty interviews, and the degree of support at the university. In the course of online learning, discussion and cooperative learning were difficult to perform, but individual learning counseling and question-and-answer with instructors. There was also an opinion that it was easier than in the face-to-face class. Based on the above analysis results, a method for quality management of learning experiences and educational services that should be supported in post-corona era university education was suggested.
