국문 초록

현실적인 장애발생률 추정에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 그 이유는 지속적인 안전교육과 생명공학의 급속한 발전으로 인하여 미래의 장애발생률 추계와 과거 장애발생률 변화의 형태를 일반적으로 표현하기 쉽지 않기 때문이다. 본 연구는 장애발생률의 변화를 고려하여 인구통계학적 기법에서 사용되는 추정의 방법을 사용하여 국민연금 장애발생률을 추정하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 국민연금 장애발생률은 보정 후의 발생률이다.

영문 초록

There are a lot of difficulties in forecasting the actual disability-rate movements. This is mainly because that projecting disability rates into the future and the historical pattern of disability changes in the past would not commonly demonstrate the future due to the rapid development of bio-technology as well as the permanent education on the safety accident. Considering this fact of disability on the move, we confine our research to constructing the raw disability table for disabled pensioners using the projection method adopted generally in demographic statistics. The table derived in this paper would be directly applicable to National Pension Scheme in Korea, even after modifying through graduation process.
