영문 초록

Today, crime methods are becoming more intelligent and advanced due to the rapid development of information and communication technology. Various types of communication limitations are being implemented as inevitable measures to safeguard national security and maintain order in the face of serious crimes, such as terrorism, which violate national security, life, property and freedom of the people. In addition, communication limitations through new scientific investigation techniques are criticized for the danger of abuse. If a confession is aimed at an investigation that does not rely on a statement, then scientific investigations aimed at collecting objective evidence must be developed. In particular, under the circumstances of Korean confrontation, North Korea considers the confidentiality of packet data and the feasibility of anti-state activities as an asymmetric strategy. And because good personal information communication access devices can become a tool for anti-state activities regardless of their will, communication restrictions, including Internet wiretapping, are the least means of detecting information threatening national security At the same time, it is an indispensable system to secure the safety of individuals, society and the state.
