장애인 평생교육 전문가의 양성/자격/배치 방안에 대한 요구분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 평생교육 전문가 양성/자격/배치에 대한 평생교육 전문가의 요구를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 장애인 평생교육 전문가 양성, 자격, 배치에 대한 주요 사항을 설문지로 개발하여 활용하였다. 척도는 현재 상황 적합도와 향후 중요 도에 대한 Likert 5점으로 구성되었다. 평생교육 전문가 152명의 응답 자료를 수집하여 분석하였 다. 설문자료는 요구분석 절차에 따라 t 검정, Borich 교육요구도 분석, LFF 방법으로 분석되었 다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양성영역에서 장애인 평생교육기관 실습, 평생교육방법, 평생 교육실천론에 대한 요구가 강하였다. 그리고 직무연수는 담당자의 전문성 향상을 위하여 2-3년 주기의 의무교육으로 운영하는 방안의 요구수준이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 자격에서는 세 수준의 급수로 운영, 1급의 전문영역 운영, 국가평생교육진흥원과 광역시·도 평생교육진흥원에서 자격 운영 등의 요구가 강하였다. 마지막으로 배치에서는 상대적으로 높은 수준의 요구가 존재하는 항목은 발견되지 않았다. 다만 기존의 평생교육기관에 장애인 평생교육 전문가를 배치하는 것이 필요하 다는 점은 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 분석결과를 활용하여 논의 및 결론을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the lifelong education professionals’ and workers’ needs for training/qualification/placement of experts in lifelong education for people with disabilities. For this purpose, we developed a survey consisted with 41 items about individual characteristics, training, qualification, and placement for the experts. The questionnaire was based on five Likert-type scales. Data were collected from 152 lifelong education professionals and workers. Three methods (paired t-test, Borich’s needs analysis formula, and Locus for Focus model: LFF model) were used for analyses of the data. Through these analyses, the findings were as follows: First, in the items about training and curriculum, practicum in lifelong education institutes, teaching methods for lifelong education, and practical field on lifelong education showed the highest level of needs. Second, in the items about qualification, three-level system, professional sector for qualification, and National and cities & provinces institutes for lifelong education managing the qualification also showed the highest level of needs. Third, in the items about placement, there were no items showing the highest level. On the bases of these findings, suggestions were discussed.
