국문 초록

본 연구에서는 미용관련학과 학생들이 교육서비스 품질에 대한 교과만족과 진로만족에 대한 영향을 연구하고자 미용관련학과 2년제 재학생 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 교육서비스 품질에 대한 교과만족도와 진로만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 문헌 연구와 실증 연구를 병행하였다. 문헌 연구로 미용교육의 역사와 미용관련학 과의 교과목에 대한 실태를 분석하였고 미용관련학과 선행연구 고찰을 바탕으로 설문을 구성하여 2년제 미용관련학과 재학생들을 대상으로 실증 연구하였다. 연구 목적은 첫째, 미용관련학과 학생들의 조사대상의 일반적 특성을 파악하고 둘째, 미용관련학과 학생들의 진로선택 및 교과개선에 대한 인식을 확인하며, 셋째, 미용관련학과 학생들의 교육서비스 품질에 대한 타당성 및 신뢰도를 검증하고 만족도에 대한 타당성 및 신뢰도를 검증하여 교육서비스 품질의 영향을 알아보고 넷째, 미용관련학과 교육서비스 품질과 만족도에 대하여 기술통계적 분석을 알아본다. 다섯째, 미용관련학과 교육서비스 품질의 가설을 검증하여 학생만족도와 진로, 교과만족을 알아보고 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 미용관련학과 교육서비스 품질의 하위요인별 유형성, 확신성, 내용성이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었고, 교과만족 향상을 위 해서는 미용관련학과 교육서비스 품질의 하위요인별 유형성, 반응성, 확신성, 내용성이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 진로만족 향상을 위해서는 미용관련학과 교육서비스 품질의 하위요인별 신뢰성, 확신성, 내용성이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 미용관련학과의 교육서비스 품질을 높이고 학생들의 만족도를 높이기 위하여 미용관련학과에서는 교육품질과 내용의 질을 높이는데 더욱 더 노력해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the influences of cosmetology educational service quality on the students curriculum and career satisfaction levels. For this purpose, this study conducted a survey targeting some students attending on the department of cosmetology-relevant departments in some 2-year colleges in order to identify that the educational service quality s influence on the curriculum satisfaction and career satisfaction. Besides, this study conducted the literature review and the empirical research together. For the literature review, this study analyzed the cosmetology education s history and the status quo of cosmetology-relevant departments curriculum. And based on the results reviewing the previous studies about the cosmetology-relevant departments curriculum, this study made a questionnaire and conducted an empirical research targeting some students attending on the cosmetology-relevant departments in 2-year colleges. The five purposes of this study are as follows. First, this study tried to recognize the general characteristics of subjects attending on cosmetology-relevant departments. Second, this study tried to identify the students awareness on the career selection and curriculum improvements. Third, this study tried to verify the validity and reliability of cosmetology-relevant departments-attending students awareness on educational service quality, and the validity and reliability of the students satisfaction level on the educational service quality. Fourth, this study tried to conduct a descriptive, statistical analysis on the cosmetology-relevant departments educational service quality and the students satisfaction on. Fifth, this study tried to recognize the students satisfaction on the cosmetology-relevant departments educational service quality, their satisfaction on career and curriculum and eventually the educational service quality s influence on the students career and curriculum satisfaction by verifying the hypotheses on the cosmetology-relevant departments educational service quality. Conclusionally, this study could know that the tangibility, the confidence and the contents were important by subfactor of the cosmetology-relevant departments educational service quality for improving the students satisfaction on the cosmetology education services, and the tangibility, the response, the confidence and the contents were important by subfactor of cosmetology-relevant departments educational service quality in order to improve the subjects satisfaction on curriculum. And it could be known that for improving the subjects satisfaction on the career, the reliability, the confidence, and the contents were important by subfactor of the cosmetology-relevant departments educational service quality. Through these results, the cosmetology-relevant departments should take more efforts in improving their educational service quality and the contents quality in order to increase the students satisfaction on the educational service quality and contents quality.
