As the number of women participating in economic activities increases, the preference for eyeliner semi-permanent makeup, aimed at saving time and maintaining the beauty of the eyes, is also on the rise. While research related to semi-permanent makeup continues to develop, studies specifically on eyeliner semi-permanent makeup are notably lacking compared to those on eyebrow and lip semi-permanent makeup. This gap highlights the necessity for research focusing on eyeliner semi-permanent makeup. This study aims to identify the key factors influencing the re-procedure intention for eyeliner semi-permanent makeup and to provide foundational data for enhancing the professionalism of practitioners and strengthening market competitiveness. To achieve this, a survey was conducted on 250 adults aged 20-60 nationwide who had experience with eyeliner semi-permanent makeup, and the data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 24.0. The results revealed that the most significant factors influencing re-procedure intention were the changed eye shape post-procedure (β=.527, p<.001) and the practitioner's professionalism (β=.227, p<.05). This suggests that increasing customer satisfaction is a crucial element in boosting re-procedure intention. This study can serve as an important foundation for enhancing competitiveness in the eyeliner semi-permanent makeup industry by proposing methods to increase customer satisfaction and re-procedure intention. Future research should aim to provide additional foundational data for improving industry competitiveness through in-depth analysis of diverse customer segments.
