국문 초록

녹색공급사슬관리에 관한 연구는 제조기업 뿐만 아니라 항만물류기업에도 중요하다. 특히 제조기업의 물류를 이행하는 항만물류기업의 녹색공급사슬관리는 내부의 효율성의 측면보다는 화주의 요구와 정보의 규제에 의하여 이행되는 경우가 많다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 녹색공급사슬관리와 관련한 항만물류기업의 내부적 요인과 외부적 요인을 적절히 반영하여 연구였으며, 향후 이러한 물류의 변화, 발전에 관한 사항에 주목하였다. 본 논문에서는 항만물류산업의 녹색공급사슬관리의 도입 결정에 관한 기존연구를 바탕으로 항만물류산업의 변화와 발전적 요인 및 운영전반에 걸친 녹색공급사슬관리의 도입 결정과 전략적 운영에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가에 관한 실증분석을 하였다. 연구결과 항만물류산업과 물류기업들을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 결과 항만물류산업과 물류기업의 녹색공급사슬관리의 도입과 결정에 따른 물류기업간의 표준체계와 정부의 정책적요구, 소비자들의 요구, 외부적인 요인 등에 따라 항만물류산업의 녹색공급사슬 도입은 다르게 나타나고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 또한 항만물류산업은 녹색물류의 비전과 목표를 달성하기 위한 전략적인 과제의 실천과 통합물류체계 구축 및 물류효율화, 물류서비스, 인프라구축, 물류보안 강화 등의 내용으로 경쟁력 있는 전략적 물류관리체계가 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 우리나라의 항만물류산업의 녹색공급사슬관리의 도입에 있어, 정부의 정책적인 노력과 항만 인프라 구축의 일환으로 소비자의 요구를 통한 운영적, 관리적 차원의 효율성과 효과성에 주목한 관련 물류산업과의 연계성 있는 협업관계, 상호교환, 정보공유, 신뢰의 관계를 통한 표준체계 개발과 운영의 세계적인 추세에 발맞춰 표준체계 개발과 함께 정보시스템의 일원화를 통한 연계성 있는 발전이 주목된다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this paper aims to highlight social interest and responsibility about enterprise s environment administration according to demand of green logistics and global environment problem more and more. Gradually the existing factors such as green administration, green logistics, and green growth and etc. are strengthened and in the practitional dimension, it seems to bring change of growth and development. Especially the development of green logistics system needed the new operational strategy which includes green supply chain management in supply chain management of harbor logistics industry. Research design, data, methodology : This paper has empirically analyzed about how introductive decision and strategical operation influence in change od harbor logistics industry and developmental factor and general operation in the base on the existing study on introductive decision of green supply chain management in harbor logistics industry. Results : According to the study results such as survey of harbor logistics industry and logistics enterprise, we can be seen different appearing green supply chain introduction of harbor logistics industry according to outside factor, consumer s demand and government s policy demand and inter logistics enterprise s standard system which corresponds decision and logistics introduction of green supply chain management and of harbor logistics industry. And it shows that competitive strategical logistics management system is urgent as the contents which are strategical assignment practice and integrative logistics system construction and logistics efficiency, logistics service, infra set up, logistics security strengthening and so on, for achievement of green logistics vision and target by harbor logistics industry. Conclusions : This Paper has consequently studied the introduction of green supply chain management of our nation s harbor logistics industry. As a link of harbor infra construction and governmental policy effort notes that efficiency and effectiveness in the managemental dimension through consumer s demand. So it can be noted to develop with connectivity through unification of information system and with standard system development to fit global trend of standard system development and operation through trusted relationship, information sharing, inter conversion, cooperative relationship with connectivity of related logistics industry.
