국문 초록

수출을 통한 해외시장진출은 좁은 내수시장의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 대안으로 평가받고 있다. 그러나 국내 중소기업들의 수출실적은 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 국내 중소기업의 수출 활성화를 위해서는 무엇보다 먼저 국내 중소기업 입장에서 수출 애로 요인을 체계적으로 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 연구배경 하에서 부산 ․ 경남지역 중소기업 을 대상으로 수출 애로 요인을 분석하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 부산 ․ 경남지역의 중소기업의 수출 애로 요인을 중소기업의 국제화 역량 측면에서 세분화시켜 살펴보았다. 분석결과 국내 수출중소기업의 애로 요인으로 현지거래선 발굴, 해외시장환경에 적응 어려움, 현지소비자 및 경쟁자에 대한 이해 부족, 해외시장 관리인력 부족, 국제경험 및 역량 부족 등이 나타났다. 한편 수출중소기업의 국제화 역량별 애로 요인을 살펴보면 국제화 역량이 높아질수록 현지시장개척보다는 현지화 전략 실행상 어려움이 커지는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to find out export barrier of Korean SME. Also this paper study on the differences of export barrier according to the internationalization capabilities of Korean SME. Research design, data, methodology : This paper adopts literature review of SME export barrier and emperical methodology focusing on local small – medium sized enterprises. Results : It was found that the export barriers of Korean SME are difficulties of finding foreign importers and adaptation of foreign environment, the unfamility of local customers, the lack of export managers, and internationalization experience. These export barriers shows differences according to internationalization capability of small-medium sized enterprises. Conclusions : To expand the export activities of korean SME, we need the policy supporting internationalization capability of Korean SME and customizing individual SME export needs.
