봉사특성요인이 자원봉사 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 자원봉사활동 참여자의 봉사활동 특성을 조사ㆍ분석함으로써 자원봉사자가 인지하게 되는 봉사활동 만족에 어떤 변수가 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하였으며, 안양시 지역의 복지기관에서의 자원봉사활동 참여자를 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 배포ㆍ회수하여 최종 174부를 분석 자료로 활용하였으며, 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 기본교육을 받은 이후에 자원봉사를 하는 경우와 복지시설에서 자원봉사를 하는 경우, 그리고 1일 봉사시간이 3-4시간인 경우일수록 자원봉사활동에 참여하는 봉사 만족도는 상승하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구의 한계성에도 불구하고 본 연구는 지역사회의 복지시설 및 공공기관에서 봉사활동 참여자의 자원봉사활동 특성에 따른 봉사활동 만족도 향상 개념을 도입하여 정책적 대안을 찾는 연구를 시도하였고, 유의미한 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to closely examine which variables have influence upon satisfaction with voluntary service that a volunteer comes to perceive, by surveying and analyzing the voluntary service characteristics of participants in volunteer activity. It widely distributed and then collected the structured questionnaires targeting the participants in volunteer activity of a welfare agency in Anyang city area. 174 copies were finally utilized as the analytical data. Summarizing the analytical results, they are as follows. A case of doing volunteer work following receiving basic education and a case of performing volunteer work in the welfare facilities could be confirmed that the volunteer work satisfaction of joining the voluntary service activity are growing in the more cases whose 1-day voluntary service time is 3-4 hours. In the face of the limitation to research, this study attempted a research of seeking a policy-based alternative and elicited a significant implication by introducing a concept of improving the satisfaction with voluntary service in the community welfare facilities and public agency.
