ADHD 청소년의 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 ADHD청소년(터프가이)에게 미술치료를 실행함으로써 자아정체감, 사회성숙도와 그 밖의 경험을 보다 정확하고 풍부하게 이해하고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 서울특별시 ○○구에 소재한 인문계 K고등학교 특수학급의 청소년이었다. 2010년 4월14일부터 2010년 11월17일까지 한 학기에 10회기씩 총 20회기를 주 1회 120분씩 집단미술치료활동으로 진행하였다. 사회성숙도검사, 수정된 한국형 자아정체감검사, K-HTP, KFD, KSD를 측정도구로 사용하였고 미술치료활동의 전후에 실시하여 그 영향을 알아보았다. 그리고 연구 자료는 미술치료프로그램 전 과정의 녹음과 녹화에 의한 녹취와 필사, 사진, 연구자와 보조치료사1, 2의 통합평가보고서, 터프가이의 미술작품들, 검사보고서, 부모님으로부터 받은 상담카드 내용 등을 통합하였다. 본 연구결과 터프가이는 자아정체감은 (−5)로 나타났고, 사회성숙도는 (+14.55)로 나타났다. 또한 투사검사도 유의미한 질적 변화를 보였다. 본 연구결과 미술치료는 사회복지 임상실천현장에서 ADHD청소년을 위한 실천방법으로 유의미하며, ADHD청소년을 위한 정책입안에 새로운 관점을 제시하였다는데 중요한 사회복지적 함의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is understanding more precisely and abundantly about ego identity, social maturity, and in-depth experience of ADHD adolescents (tough guy) who were conducted art therapy. The participants of this study were disabled adolescents from special class in ‘K’ high school located in OO-Gu, Seoul. Art therapy once in a week for 120 minutes per session, 10 sessions in one semester, 20 sessions in total from April 14th 2010 to November 17th. Following tests have been done before and after conducting the art therapy in order to find the effect; Test of Social Maturity Scale, Korean Adolescent Ego-identity Scale, K-HTP, KFD, and KSD. And research materials have been consolidated a wide array of information such as deposition and manuscript of recording and videotaping in the whole process of art therapy for tough guy to express themselves, pictures, integrated reports of the researcher and assistant 1 and 2, art works of tough guy, projective test results, consultation sheets from the parents. The result of this study is that tough guy is (−5) in the ego identity test, +14.55 in the social maturity test. Also, the results of projective test were considered to be meaningful. The conclusion of this study is that art therapy program is meaningful for the way of practice to ADHD adolescents in the clinical practice of social welfare, the program is meaningful for suggesting new angle on making a policy and important way of method for ADHD adolescents.
