국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 Hill의 팀리더십 모델을 적용하여 중ㆍ장기적 학교폭력대처방안에 관한 과업ㆍ관계ㆍ환경, 세 영역의 인지적 안내도를 만드는 데 있다. 구체적으로는 내부적 수준의 개입인 '과업과 관계 영역'과 외부적 수준의 개입인 환경 영역으로 분류하고, 과업 부문은 정서력 계발, 지성 증진, 실천력 촉진, 체력함양으로 세분화했다. 학교폭력에 관한 인지적 안내도는 기존의 학교폭력조치들을 하나의 표로 묶어 알기 쉽게 제공함으로써 관련 교사ㆍ학부모ㆍ공무원들에게 대처방안을 선택ㆍ결정하는데 도움을 준다. 과업 부문에서의 정서력 계발과 지성 증진은 가정ㆍ학교에서 주로 맡고, 실천력 촉진의 과업은 가정ㆍ학교뿐만 아니라 행정관서ㆍ검경찰 등 여러 유관기관과의 네트워크에 의해 실현된다. 체력단련은 피해학생들에게 자기주도성ㆍ자존감을 살려 주기 위해 필요하다. 관계력 측면에서지역사회, 시민단체를 비롯한 유관기관과의 협력 하에 효과성 높은 프로그램을 학생ㆍ학부모ㆍ교사에게 지속적으로 실시한다. 환경 측면에서는 새롭게 만들어 가야 할 공간의 확장과 기존에 있던 해로운 환경을 제거한다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed to find appropriate measures on solutions of school violence by applying Hill's model of team leadership. Hill's model of team leadership gave a hint that could be come up with an effective plan for coping with school violence in 3 divided domains, namely performance, relations, situations. Domains of performance and relation are interventions of internal level, that of environment is a intervention of external level. Domain of performance is subdivided into improvement of intelligence, cultivation of emotion, promotion of execution, enhancement of physical fitness. Home and school can undertake tasks concerning to improvement of intelligence and cultivation of emotion. Promotion of execution will be realized by networks of related organization as well as home and school. enhancement of physical fitness is a essential task to revive self-directedness and self-regard of injured students. In terms of ability of interpersonal relation, local community and civic group could do with high effective program students, school parents, and teachers. In environmental terms, there are a project on expansion of new spaces and elimination of harmful room for adolescents.
