유아의 정서지능, 유아의 행복감 및 유아의 리더십 간의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 유아의 정서지능, 행복감 및 리더십간의 관계를 알아보고 이를 토대로 유아교육현장에서 교육프로그램 개발에 기초를 얻기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상은 G시의 소재한 유아교육기관 5곳에 재원하고 있는 만 4세와 만 5세 유아 280명(남아 155명, 여아 125명)을 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 유아의 정서지능, 행복감, 리더십 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 SPSS/PC(win 17.0) 프로그램을 사용하였고 빈도와 백분율, 그리고 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하였다. 연구결과 유아의 정서지능, 유아의 행복감과 유아의 리더십 간의 하위요인 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정서지능, 행복감, 리더십 수준의 점수가 높은 유아는 자신과 타인의 감정을 인식, 조절하는 능력과 사회적 집단에서 긍정적으로 잘 적응하고 조화를 이룰 때 더 행복하다. 즉 유아는 원만한 사회적 상호작용을 통해 주도적으로 자신에 대한 건강한 삶의 태도를 형성할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This research is conducted to search for emotional intelligence of children, the relationship between young children's euphoria and young children's leadership. The subject of study are aged four, five, 280 young children's(155 boys, 125 girls) who are going to the 5 children education institutes that located in G city. According to the research problems, the collected data is for searching the emotional intelligence and happiness of young children's and for investigating the relationship between leadership to search the frequency and percentage using SPSS/PC(win 17.0) program and to investigate the correlation using Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient. The result of the study showed the emotional intelligence of children, toddlers and young children's of happiness among the leadership in both the sub-factors that have a significant positive correlation. Thus emotional intelligence, happiness, a high leadership score of young children's is more happier when they positively well adapted and achieved harmony when made aware of their own and others' emotions and the ability to control in a group. And through their harmonious interaction, young children's can forming a healthy way of leading life with the organization.
