국문 초록

특수학교 교사의 교육 및 수업실행에 대한 인식과 장애유형별 교사재교육 심화교육과정의 필요성에 대한 인식의 관계를 알아보기 위한 이 연구는 전국의 특수학교 교사 1,849명을 대상으로 설문조사로 수행되었다. 설문지는 장애학생의 교육에 대한 인식 10문항, 교사의 수업실행에 대한 인식 10문항, 그리고 장애유형별 교사재교육 심화교육과정 운영에 대한 인식 16문항으로 구성되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 첫째, 특수학교 교사는 장애학생을 위한 교육 및 수업실행에서 장애유형별 특성이 고려되어야 한다고 인식한다. 둘째, 특수학교 교사는 장애학생을 위한 수업실행에 있어서 장애유형별 특성과 함께 장애아동 개인차 등도 고려하고 있다. 셋째, 교사재교육 심화교육과정은 장애유형별로 운영할 필요성에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식한다. 결론적으로 특수학교 교사에게 제공하는 장애유형별 교사재교육 심화교육과정은 장애학생의 교 육 및 수업실행에 긍정적인 영향을 제공하는 요인임을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to illustrate the relationships of the special school teachers' perception among education for students with disabilities, instructional performance, and in-service program with intensive education based on the types of disabilities. The questionnaire with total of 36 questions which were divided into three parts, 10 questions of the education for students with disabilities, 10 questions of the instructional performance, and 16 questions of the in-service program with intensive education based on the types of disabilities. The results of this study were that: (a) the special school teachers showed positive perception toward the education for students with disabilities according to the types of the disabilities; (b) the special school teachers indicated the instruction was included with the characteristics of the types of the disabilities and the individual centered curriculum; (c) the special school teachers need the in-service program with intensive education based on the types of the disabilities. Therefore this study concluded that the in-service program with intensive education based on the types of the disabilities was important factor to improve the special school teachers' perception and competencies toward education for the students with disabilities and instruction performance.
