서해 중부 연안환경 식물플랑크톤 군집 및 종 다양성

국문 초록

  1995년 5월부터 1998년 11월까지 서해 경기만에서 8회, 아산만 북부해역에서 2회의 현장조사를 통해 식물플랑크톤 군집을 조사하였다. 경기만에서 규조류인 Skeletonema costatum과 Paralia sulcata는 연중 지속적인 우점현상을 보였다. 경기만 식물플랑크톤 군집의 종 다양성 지수는 1995년 5월부터 1996년 l월까지의 전체적 평균이 1.93, 1998년 5월부터 11월까지는 1.85의 값을 나타내었으며 시기별로는 가을철에 다른 계절보다 다소 높은 값을 보였다. 연구기간 중 경기만의 전반적인 종다양성지수는 1980년대의 연구결과들에 비해 상당히 감소한 수준이었다. 한편, 1996년 5월과 10월에는 아산만의 북부해역을 현장 조사하여 식물플랑크톤 군집의 특성을 경기만과 비교 고찰하였다. 아산만 북부해역의 종다양성지수는 대부분 2.0을 상회하는 수준으로 경기만보다 식물플랑크톤 종다양성이 높았다.

영문 초록

  Phytoplankton communities were investigated 8 times from May 1995 to November 1998 in Kyonggi Bay and 2 times in the northern Asan Bay. On the whole, Skeletonema costatum and Paralia sulcata were dominant species in Kyonggi Bay all the year round. The means of phytoplankton species diversities were 1.93 during the period from May 1995 to January 1996 and 1.85 from May to November 1998. The value in autumn was slightly higher than those in other seasons. Compared with the studies in 1980s, the results of Kyonggi Bay showed decreasing diversities. And the results from Kyonggi Bay were compared with those from northern Asan Bay, where two surveys were carried out in May and October 1996. Most of the phytoplankton species diversities at the northern Asan Bay were higher than 2.0 and so slightly higher than those from Kyonggi Bay.
