국문 초록

본 연구는 2022 개정 초등 체육과 교육과정 ‘표현’ 영역에 스트릿댄스가 도입된 배경과 교과서 반영, 현장 적용을 분석하였다. 스트릿댄스는 ‘이해-수행-창작-감상’을 통한 창의성·주도성·포용성 함양에 효과적이다. 국내의 교과서 및 지도서는 기본 동작부터 창작·감상까지 단계적 활동을 반영하고 있다. 그러나 교사의 실기 역량, 연수 경험, 자료·디지털 인프라, 지역 격차 등 한계가 존재한다. 교수자가 본질을 이해하지 못하면 수업은 단순 모방에 그칠 위험이 크다. 따라서 실기-이론 통합 연수, 표준 지도 매뉴얼과 디지털 자료 보급, 연수 효과성과 지속성, 맞춤형 수업 설계, 교사 네트워크 구축, AI·디지털 기반 교수법 및 융합수업의 강화가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the background, textbook integration, and field application of street dance in the “Expression” domain of the 2022 revised elementary physical education curriculum. Street dance is effective in fostering creativity, autonomy, and inclusiveness through the stages of “understanding–performance–creation–appreciation.” Domestic textbooks and teaching guides reflect step-by-step activities ranging from basic movements to creation and appreciation. However, limitations remain in teachers’ practical skills, training experience, availability of resources and digital infrastructure, as well as regional disparities. If teachers fail to grasp the essence of street dance, instruction risks being reduced to superficial imitation. Therefore, integrated practice–theory training, dissemination of standardized teaching manuals and digital resources, ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of training, customized lesson design, teacher networking, and the enhancement of AI- and digital-based pedagogy and cross-curricular integration are required.
