국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 개인 수준 차원의 눈치와 집단 수준 차원의 경직성이 표상운동량에 미치는 영향력을 평가하고, 표상운동량이 위계성에 미치는 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 매개변수는 인식된통제감과 역할유연성으로 구성하였다. 본 분석은 눈치와 경직성이 교차된 MO-ABC 모형 기반의이요인 방안을 적용하였고, 표상운동량이 인식된통제감과 역할유연성을 매개하여 위계성에 미치는 영향력을 평가하였다. 매개분석은 태도행동일관성 이론에 기반하여 설정하였다. 분석결과, 개인 수준 차원의 눈치와 집단 수준 차원의 경직성이 표상운동량에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 제시되었다. 두 차원들로 구조화된 상호작용 효과 또한 표상운동량에 대하여 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 표상운동량이 인식된통제감과 역할유연성을 거쳐 위계성에 미치는 매개모형은 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이런 분석결과를 종합하여 한국의문화적 특성에 관련되는 연구적, 제도적 방향성을 쟁점으로 서술하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the effects of nunchi at the individual level and cultural tightness at the collective level on representational momentum. It further examines a mediation model in which representational momentum influences hierarchical orientation through perceived control and flexible role orientation. The analysis employed a factorial design based on the MO-ABC framework, incorporating the intersection of individual and collective cultural variables. The mediation model was grounded in the theory of attitude– behavior consistency. The results indicate that both individual-level nunchi and collective-level tightness significantly influence representational momentum. Moreover, their interaction effect on representational momentum was also statistically significant. In addition, the hypothesized mediation model—where representational momentum affects hierarchical orientation through perceived control and flexible role orientation—was supported by the data. Based on these findings, the study discusses theoretical and institutional implications related to cultural characteristics specific to Korean society.
