노인요양시설 요양보호사의 직무환경, 인간중심적 태도 및 휴머니튜드 지식이 휴머니튜드케어 실천에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 요양보호사의 직무환경(의사소통, 업무량 및 업무 밀도, 임금 및 복리후생), 인간중심적태도, 휴머니튜드케어 지식 수준이 휴머니튜드케어 실천에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 강원특별자치도 영동권역의 5개 시·군(강릉시, 속초시, 양양군, 평창군, 고성군)에 위치한 27개노인요양시설을 대상으로 비확률편의추출법을 통해 요양보호사 177명의 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된자료는 통계적 분석을 통해 직무환경, 인간중심적 태도, 휴머니튜드케어 지식수준이 실천에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 결과 : 분석 결과, 직무환경 내 의사소통이 원활할수록, 휴머니튜드케어 지식수준이 높을수록, 인간중심적태도가 긍정적일수록 휴머니튜드케어 실천 수준이 높게 나타났다. 반면, 임금 및 복리후생은 휴머니튜드케어 실천과 음의 상관관계를 보였다결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로, 요양보호사의 휴머니튜드케어 실천 수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 휴머니튜드케어 관련 지식 강화, 인간중심적 태도 함양, 동료 간 의사소통을 위한 직무교육과 처우개선 등의제도적·정책적 지원이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시한다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study empirically analyzed how the work environment (including communication, workload, wages, and benefits), human-centered attitudes, and knowledge of Humanitude Care affect the practice of Humanitude Care. Methods : Data were collected from 177 care workers in 27 elderly care facilities across five cities and counties (Gangneung, Sokcho, Yangyang, Pyeongchang, and Goseong) within the Yeongdong region of the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province using a non-probability convenience sampling method. Results: The key findings indicated that higher levels of Humanitude knowledge, better communication among colleagues, and stronger human-centered attitudes positively impacted the practice of Humanitude Care. In contrast, wages and benefits were negatively correlated with the practice of Humanitude Care. Conclusion : Proactive institutional and policy support is essential for enhancing the practice of Humanitude Care among care workers. This should include job training focused on Humanitude Care knowledge, fostering human-centered attitudes, improving communication among colleagues, and enhancing the overall working conditions.
