학습 회복력이 중국 대학생들의 학습 소진에 미치는 영향 기제 연구: 자기 불구화의 매개 역할

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학습 회복력, 학습 소진(감정소진, 문제행동, 성취감 저하), 자기 불구화 간의 관계와 자기 불구화가 중국 대학생들에서 학습 회복력과 학습 소진 간의 관계에서 매개 역할을 하는지 여부를 탐구하는 것이다. 본 연구는 439명의 중국 대학생을 대상으로 한 설문 데이터를 사용하여 SPSS 26.0을 통해 학습 회복력, 자기 불구화, 학습 소진 세 가지 변수 간의 상관관계를 검증하였고, AMOS 26.0을 이용해 구조방정식 모델을 구축하여 자기 불구화가 학습 회복력과 학습 소진 세 가지 차원 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생들의 학습 회복력은 자기 불구화, 감정 저하, 부적 행동, 성취감 저하에 대해 유의미한 부정적인 예측력을 보였으며, 자기 불구화는 학습 회복력과 감정소진, 문제행동, 성취감 저하 간의 두 가지 관계에서 부분적으로 매개역할을 한다는 것이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among academic buoyancy, learning burnout (emotional exhaustion, misbehavior, and low sense of accomplishment), and self-handicapping, as well as to explore the mediating role of self-handicapping in the relationship between academic buoyancy and learning burnout among Chinese university students. Using survey data from 439 Chinese undergraduate students, this study employed SPSS 26.0 to analyze the correlations among academic buoyancy, self-handicapping, and the three dimensions of learning burnout. A structural equation model was constructed using AMOS 26.0 to investigate the mediating effects of self-handicapping on the relationships between academic buoyancy and each dimension of learning burnout. The results indicated that academic buoyancy significantly and negatively predicted self-handicapping, emotional exhaustion, inappropriate behavior, and reduced sense of achievement. Moreover, self-handicapping was found to partially mediate the relationships between academic buoyancy and each of the three dimensions of learning burnout.
