재활영역 내 음악치료와 타 분야 간 협업 연구: 주제범위 문헌고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 재활영역에서 국외 음악치료와 타 분야 간 협업 연구에 관한 내용과 특성을 분석한 주제범위 문헌고찰이다. 이를 위해 국외 데이터베이스를 사용하여 음악과 타 전문분야 영역, 협업 관련 용어들을 검색어로 하여 2023년 7월까지 시행된 연구를 검색하였다. 검색 결과, 총 41편의 문헌이 최종 선정되었고, 해당 연구에 포함된 일반적 특성, 중재적 특성, 협업적 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 전체 문헌의 85%가 2010년 이후에 출판된 것으로 확인되었고, 사례연구가 가장 많이 포함되어 있으며, 연구 대상자의 연령대는 30대 이상의 성인과 노인이 가장 많았다. 또한, 뇌졸중과 같은 신경학적 질환을 가진 환자를 대상으로 진행된 연구의 비율이 높았다. 둘째, 치료 목적으로 신체 영역이 가장 많았으며, 주로 개별 세션으로 중재가 이루어졌고, 중재에서 음악은 신체적인 동작을 이끌어내기 위한 목적으로 사용된 경우가 가장 많았다. 마지막으로, 협업 인력으로 물리치료사와 함께한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 협업 수준은 초학제적 수준이 연구의 대부분을 차지하였다. 더불어 협업이 가장 많이 이루어진 장소는 병원이었으며, 협업 시작의 계기는 협업으로 인한 시너지 효과를 기대하는 이유가 가장 많았다. 본 연구의 결과는 재활영역 내 이루어지는 협업의 형태와 내용을 고찰함으로써 타 전문분야와 음악치료 간 협업의 발전을 위한 방향성과 전략에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This is a scoping review that analyzed the content and characteristics of international studies of collaboration between music therapy and other professions in rehabilitation. International journal databases were searched and a total of 41 articles were selected and analyzed. The analysis showed that: firstly, in terms of general characteristics, 85% of the literature was published after 2010, with case studies and studies of adults over the age of 30 being the most common; secondly, in terms of intervention characteristics, physical goals and individual interventions were the most common, with music mainly used to encourage movement. Finally, in terms of collaboration characteristics, the most common collaboration was with physical therapy and was mainly transdisciplinary. The findings of this study are significant in that they provide a basis for directions and strategies for the development of collaborations between music therapy and other professional disciplines by examining the content and characteristics of collaborations within the rehabilitation field.
