국문 초록

본 연구는 장애대학생의 역기능적 진로사고와 진로적응성이 취업준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 현재 대학에 재학중인 장애대학생에게 2023년 11월 6일부터 12월 29일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고 252명을 분석에 활용하였다. 응답된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 차이분석(t-test, ANOVA), 다중회귀분석을 순차적으로 실시하였다. 분석한 결과 첫째, 선천성 장애보다 후천성장애 대학생이, 그리고 학년이 낮을수록 역기능적 진로사고가 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 취업준비행동에 역기능적 진로사고는 부적 상관을, 진로적응성은 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 역기능적 진로사고(의사결정혼란, 수행불안)와 진로적응성은 취업준비행동에 유의미한 영향력을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 비장애대학생을 대상으로 한 선행연구 결과와 부분적으로 일치한다. 그러나 장애대학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 소수에 그친다는 점에서 장애대학생에 대한 다양한 후속연구가 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 제한점과 향후 과제를 위한 후속연구를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the effects of dysfunctional career thoughts and career adaptability on the employment preparation behavior of students with disabilities. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted from November 6 to December 29, 2023, and 252 of the responses were used for analysis. Data from the responses were analyzed using reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, t-test, analysis of variance , and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 26.0 software. The analysis results were as follows: First, a higher level of dysfunctional career thinking was observed in students with acquired disabilities, particularly those with lower grades. Second, dysfunctional career thinking showed a negative correlation with employment preparation behavior, and career adaptability showed a positive correlation. Third, dysfunctional career thoughts (decision-making confusion and performance anxiety) and career adaptability had a significant effect on employment preparation behavior, which is partially consistent with the results of previous studies targeting students without disabilities. However, since only a few studies focus on students with disabilities, it is necessary to conduct various follow-up studies on these students.
