전문대학 유아교육과에서 좋은 수업 만들어 가기: 해석학적 질문과 대화를 통한 실행연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 전문대학의 유아교육과에서 좋은 수업을 만들기 위한 실천을 하고 그 노력의 과정을 성찰한 실행연구다. 이 연구는 좋은 수업을 위해 이 연구에서 이뤄진 실천의 과정을 최대한 있는 그대로 드러내고자 노력했다. 또한 좋은 수업의 원천을 교수와 학생간의 해석학적인 질문과 대화로 보고 수업에서의 질문과 대화를 통해 학생들의 존재의 의미를 찾고자 했다. 연구를 위한 실천과 자료 수집은 연구자가 조교수로 근무하고 있는 전문대학의 유아교육과 2013년도 1학기 강좌인 ‘유아동작교육’ 수업을 중심으로 2013년 3월부터 2013년 8월까지 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 수업일지와 수업관찰자료, 학생 면담, 중간 강의평가 분석 보고서, 수요조사와 성찰노트 같은 수업 생산물 등이다. 연구결과, 좋은 수업을 만들기 위한 실천을 시기와 변화의 흐름에 따라 ‘질문으로 학생들 만나기’, ‘대화를 통한 배움의 즐거움으로 초대하기’, ‘학생들의 눈으로 환원하기’의 세 가지로 주제화했다. 또 한 좋은 수업을 만들기 위한 실천의 경험이 학생과 교수에게 가지는 의미를 ‘배움의 상호 텍스트성 만들기, ‘교육적 접촉과 선물’로 이해했다. 이 연구는 많은 부족함에도 불구하고 전문대학에서의 좋은 대학 수업을 위해 노력했다는 점, 본인의 수업을 통한 실천의 구체적 과정을 드러냈다는 점, 좋은 수업을 만들기 위한 노력이 학생과 교수에게 가지는 의미를 드러냈다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This action research implemented in early childhood education course in community college is to practice and examine the procedure for making good lessons. Furthermore, this research will describe the process of making a good lesson plan tampering with it. Considering the origin of a good lesson as the hermeneutic questions and conversations between students and teacher, the research tried to look into conversations within the context of lessons to identify the meaning of students' presence. For the purpose of the study and data gathering, it was carried out by a researcher, who is currently an assistant lecturer in a community college, during the 'child movement education course' from the first semester of March 2013 to August 2013. All the data is from the lecture notes, observation data, interviews with students, midway lecture assessment analysis report, demand survey, and self-examination output within the lessons. Actions toward good teaching and learning are categorized into 3 topics, “Meeting students with questions”, “Conversational invitation to the enjoyment of learning” and “Reducing with the eyes of students,” depending on the time and change flow. Also the meaning that the experience of action gave to students and teacher was identified as 'making learning intertextuality' and 'pedagogical contact and gift.' Despite its flaws, this study has its own significance in terms of executing “good lessons” in community college, exhibiting the processes of the researcher's lessons in detail and demonstrating an effort to make good teaching and learning as well as to make it significant to students and teacher.
