좋은 체육수업을 지향하는 세 교사의 수업실천에 관한 내러티브 탐구

국문 초록

최근 들어 이론적으로 비판받고 있는 체육수업은 첫째, 다활동 내용모형에 근거하는 수업, 둘째, 신체의 교육관을 기반으로 하는 수업, 셋째, 인지적 관점에서 체육적 지식을 추구하는 수업이다. 그러나 실천의 다차원적 맥락에서는 오히려 이러한 수업들이 좋은 수업의 모습으로 나타나고 있다. 이론과 실천 영역의 간격은 학문이 성장함에 따라 확대된다. 7차수정체육과교육과정이 대표적인 예이다. 이러한 간격을 줄이기 위해, 연구자들은 현장 교사의 다양한 교육적 실천과정을 이해하고, 이를 교육과정에 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 현장의 관점에서 이론을 적극적으로 재해석하여 실천하는 세 교사의 내러티브를 수집하여 현장교사가 바라보는 좋은 체육수업의 모습을 탐색하고, 그들의 교육적 실천 과정과 그 의미를 찾고, 학문과 현장의 소통 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 세 교사는 각각 삶 교육, 신체능력 향상, 신체활동의 이해를 자신의 교육 신념으로 삼고, 이것이 실천되는 수업을 좋은 수업으로 인식하고 있다. 또한 그들은 교육 신념을 기준으로 이론적 지식과 교육과정을 비판적으로 해석, 실천 및 반성을 통해 자신의 교육과정을 실천하고 있다. 이를 상황적 실천의 관점에서 해석하였다. 마지막으로, 학문과 현장의 소통 방안으로써, 이론적 비평의 중요성을 제안하였다. Recently, a number of teaching methods have been criticized by researchers. These are, first, teaching based on 'multi-activities content model', second, teaching founded on 'education of the physical', and third, teaching practical knowledge of P.E. from the perspective of cognition. But teachers in the field are able to practice good teaching in P.E. The more theoretical domains grow, the more the gap between theoretical domain and practical domain expands. The 7th revised physical educational curriculum is a common example. To reduce the gap, researchers should try to understand various teaching practices used by teachers, and include the results in the national curriculum. Therefore, the purpose of this study is, first, to collect narratives of teachers who try to practice good teaching methods in P.E.; second, to explore the trait of good teaching that teachers recognize through analysis of the narrative, third, to find the teaching process they practice and its meaning, and fourth, to provide methods that enable communication between the two domains. As a result, three teachers individually had educational beliefs such as education of life, development of physical ability, and understanding of physical activity. They recognized good teaching as teaching practices that they themselves believed in. And they have interpreted theoretical knowledge, have practiced, and have reflected on their educational beliefs. Consequently, their endeavors helped them form a curriculum by themselves, that is, they developed a teaching method wherein they could practice what they believe in. We interpreted it in the perspective of 'situational praxis'. Finally, we propose that researchers practice critical discernment as a method of communicating between the two domains.
