국문 초록

본 연구는 아동기 정서적 학대 경험이 있는 아동의 모래상자치료 경험에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구는 양육환경에서 어머니의 정서적 학대를 받은 아동을 대상으로 모래상자에 자신의 감정을 표현하면서 성장과 치유경험을 알게 되고 개성화를 이루어가는 과정에 대한 사례연구이다. 본 연구의 대상은 만 8세의 초등학교 3학년 여학생으로 2021년 4월 30일부터 2021년 12월 25일까지 총 20회기의 모래놀이치료를 진행하였다. 본 연구 참여자는 두 동생을 둔 집안의 큰딸로 부모의 불화와 어머니의 정서적 학대로 무기력과 퇴행을 반복하였는데 모래상자치료에서 자신을 통찰하고 자기실현의 과정의 경험을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서 사용한 심리검사는 HTP. KFD, LMT 투사검사이다. 본 연구를 통해 개성화과정을 경험한 아동 자신의 의지뿐만 아니라 부모 및 사회적 지원이 필요함을 시사하고 있으며 보다 긍정적인 변화를 위해서는 지속적인 정서지원이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is a study on the individuation process shown in the sandtray therapy experience of children who have experienced emotional abuse in childhood. This study is a case study of the process of individuating children who have been emotionally abused by their mothers in a nurturing environment by expressing their feelings in a sandbox while learning about growth and healing experiences. The subjects of this study were 8-year-old girls in the third grade of elementary school, and a total of 20 sessions of sandtray therapy were performed from April 30, 2021 to December 25, 2021. The participant of this study is the eldest daughter of a family with two younger brothers, and her helplessness and regression were repeated due to her parents' discord and her mother's emotional abuse. In the sandbox therapy, I looked into myself and the experience of the process of self-actualization. The psychological test used in this study was HTP. KFD, LMT projection examination. This study suggests that children who have experienced the individuation process need not only their own will but also their parents and social support, and continuous emotional support will be needed for a more positive change.
