국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생의 무동기, 학습전략의 종단적 관계를 분석하고, 지각된 부모의 합리적 설명의 종단매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기교육종단연구(GEPS)의 중학교 1학년에서 3학년까지 학생 4,710명 자료를 대상으로 기술통계, 상관분석, 다변량잠재성장모형, 부트스트래핑 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 무동기와 학습전략은 시간에 따라 높아지지만, 부모의 합리적 설명에 대한 지각은 낮아졌다. 둘째, 무동기 초기값은 부모의 합리적 설명 지각 초기값과 학습전략 초기값에 부적 영향을, 지각된 부모의 합리적 설명 변화율에는 정적 영향을 주었다. 무동기 변화율은 지각된 부모의 합리적 설명 변화율에 부적 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 무동기 초기값과 학습전략 초기값의 관계에서 지각된 부모의 합리적 설명 초기값, 학습전략 변화율의 관계에서 지각된 변화의 합리적 설명 변화율, 무동기 변화율과 학습전략 변화율 관계에서 지각된 부모의 합리적 설명 변화율의 종단매개효과를 각각 나타냈다. 본 연구에서 학년이 올라감에 따라 중학생의 무동기는 학습전략에 영향을 미치지만, 두 변인 관계에서 적절한 지각된 부모의 합리적 설명의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 무동기 중학생의 학습전략을 높이기 위해서는 부모의 일관적이고 합리적인 설명의 양육태도가 지각되어야 할 것이며, 이를 매개로 하는 학습전략을 높이는 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the longitudinal relationship between perceived amotivation and learning strategies among middle school students and to identify the longitudinal mediating effects of parental rational explanation. For this purpose, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, Multivariate Latent growth curve modeling, and bootstrapping analysis were conducted on data of 4,710 students from the first to third grades of middle school in the Gyeonggi Education Longitudinal Study(GEPS). The results are as follows; first, amotivation and learning strategies increased over time, while parental rational explanation decreased. Second, the initial value of amotivation had a negative effect on the initial values of parental rationalizations and learning strategies, and a positive effect on the rate of change of parental rational explanation. The asynchronous rate of change had a negative effect on the rate of change of parent's rational explanations. Third, the longitudinal mediating effect of parents' rational explanations in the longitudinal relationship between amotivation and learning strategy was shown. The findings suggest that middle school students' amotivation and learning strategies increase with grade level, but adequate parental rational explanation. is necessary to reduce the impact of amotivation and increase middle school students' learning strategies, with implications for learning strategy programs and parental support measures.
