장애학생을 위한 교과관련 메타버스 기반 중재연구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 장애학생들의 학습능력 향상을 위해 메타버스 기반 교과교육 중재를 제공한 총 22편의 연구를 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 메타버스 기반 중재연구는 2013년 이래 꾸준히 수행되어 왔고, 13편의 준집단설계연구, 9편의 단일대상연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 연구참여자는 지적장애 또는 학습장애 학생이 대부분으로 다른 장애유형의 학생 참여는 부족하였다. 셋째, 메타버스의 4개의 유형 중 증강현실 기반 중재가 가장 많았고, 라이프로깅 기반 중재, 가상현실 기반 중재 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 1-2개월 동안 16-20회기의 중재를 제공한 연구가 많았다. 다섯째, 대부분의 연구에서 메타버스 기반 중재는 장애학생들의 학업적, 정의적 영역에서 긍정적인 효과가 있다는 결과를 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 분석대상 연구들에서 나타난 연구설계와 방법상의 제한점을 논의하고, 앞으로 장애학생의 교과학습을 위해 메타버스 기반 중재를 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 방법을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze a total of 22 metaverse based intervention studies for the subject learning of students with disabilities. The results of this study were as follows: First, since 2013 metaverse based intervention studies have been conducted consistently and 13 quasi-experimental group studies and 9 single-subject studies were identified. Second, most of the studies were conducted for students with intellectual disabilities or learning disabilities. Third, among the 4-type of metaverse based intervention, augmented-reality based intervention was conducted most followed by life-logging, and virtual-reality based intervention. Fourth, most studies were conducted for 1-2 months with 16-20 intervention periods. Lastly, most studies demonstrated that metaverse based interventions had positive effects on the academic and affective areas of students with disabilities. Based on these results, this studies discussed limitations of studies in terms of research design and methods and suggested several ways to provide effective metaverse based intervention for the subject learning of students with disabilities.
