장애학생 교과교육에 대한 수업실연 과정이 예비특수교사의 좋은 수업에 관한 중요도와 실행도 인식에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애학생 교과교육에 대한 수업실연 과정이 예비특수교사들의 좋은 수업에 대한 중요도와 실행도의 인식에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였으며, 특수교육 전공 예비특수교사 중 장애학생을 위한 교과교육 수업실연 강좌에 참여한 42 명을 대상으로 하였다. 설문 문항은 좋은 수업의 4개 주요 영역과 24개 항목으로 구성되었으며, 각 영역에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 5점 척도로 사전 사후 응답하도록 하였다. 연구 결과 예비특수교사들은 사전 사후 검사 결과 모두 좋은 수업의 요소들에 대해 전반적으로 높은 중요도를 인식하고 있었던 것에 비해 낮은 실행도를 나타내었으며, 중요도-실행도 분석 결과, 교육 방법은 우선적으로 개선 노력을 집중해야 할 영역, 교육 환경은 좋은 성과를 나타내어 유지해야 할 영역, 교육 내용과 평가는 우선순위를 낮게 두어야 할 영역으로 나타났다. 그리고 장애학생 교과교육을 위한 수업실연 과정은 예비특수교사들의 좋은 수업에 대한 중요도와 실행도 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다.

영문 초록

This study was analyze effects of simulated instruction activity on perception on the importance and performance of major factors that constitute good instruction of pre-service primary special education teachers and attempted to find ways to improve pre-service primary special education teacher education. A survey was conducted to 42 pre-service primary special education teachers. The questionnaire consisted of four main areas of good instruction. And major factors for each area, and the importance and performance of each factor were answered on a 5-point scale. A inventory had been administrated to the participants before and after their simulated instruction activity. The conclusion of present study was as follows. First, the simulated instruction activity significantly increased pre-service special education teachers' perception on the importance and performance of good instruction. Second, the importance-performance of good instruction analysis showed that there were educational methods to be concentrated for the improvement, educational environments to be kept up because of their good work, educational contents and educational assessments to have low priority.
