아동상담에서의 치료 동맹 관련 변인

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 아동의 성, 연령 및 문제행동 심각도에 따라 아동과 상담자가 지각한 치료 동맹에서 차이가 있는지를 알아보았다. 정서, 사회성 및 행동상의 문제로 개인상담(예; 놀이치료, 미술치료 등)을 받고 있는 초등학교 1∼6학년 아동상담사례를 수집하였고, 아동상담 관련 자격증을 가지고 있는 3년차 이상의 상담자가 진행하는 사례로 제한하여 상담자 변인을 통제하였다. 아동내담자-어머니-상담자 150조의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 아동의 성에 따른 치료 동맹의 차이는 아동의 지각에서 나타났고, 아동의 연령에 따른 치료 동맹의 차이는 상담자의 지각에서 나타났다. 여아가 남아보다 상담자와의 관계에서 공감적 이해와 수용을 더 많이 경험한다고 보고했고, 상담자는 저학년 아동이 고학년 아동보다 좋은 치료 동맹을 형성하는 것으로 보고했다. 아동의 연령과 어머니가 보고한 문제행동 심각도간 상호작용 효과는 아동이 지각한 치료 동맹에서 유의미했다. 저학년 아동은 부모가 보고한 문제행동 심각도가 낮을수록, 고학년 아동은 문제행동 심각도가 높을수록 치료 동맹을 더 긍정적으로 보고했다. 그러나 아동의 성과 문제행동 심각도의 상호작용 효과는 아동과 상담자가 지각한 치료 동맹에서 유의미하지 않았다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the differences of therapeutic alliance by the respect of the child's gender, age, and severity of problematic behavior. The subjects of the study were 150 child clients who are elementary school children from 1st and 6th grade including their parent and counselor. The counselor has career more than three years and they have certificate for professional counselor. The difference of therapeutic alliance gender was only revealed in child's perception. Girls has more positive perception of sympathetic understanding and acceptance than boys. The difference of therapeutic alliance age was only revealed in counselor's perception. The counselor reported that the younger children had more positive therapeutic alliance than the older children. The interactive effect is significant by age and severity of problematic behavior in child's perception. Younger children who have lower severity of problematic behavior get more positive perception of therapeutic alliance. Older children who have higher severity of problematic behavior have more positive perception of therapeutic alliance. The interactive effect is not significant by gender and severity of problematic behavior in child's and counselor's perception of therapeutic alliance.
