집단치료놀이 프로그램이 초등학교 1학년 아동의 자아탄력성과 내면화 장애에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교라는 새로운 환경에 적응해야하는 초등학교 1학년 아동 중 낮은 자아탄력성과 내면화 장애를 가진 아동을 대상으로 집단치료놀이 프로그램을 실시하였다. 아동의 자아탄력성 증진 및 내면화 장애 감소를 위한 집단치료놀이 프로그램은 총 14회기로 구성하였으며, 프로그램 효과검증을 위해 실험집단과 통제집단에 선정된 아동에게 실험처치 전·후 한국아동인성평정척도(KPRC)를 실시하여 아동의 자아탄력성과 내면화 장애 점수를 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 자아탄력성 점수는 실험집단에서만 사전·사후검사 간에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 내면화 장애 점수는 실험집단에서만 사전·사후 간에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 집단치료놀이 프로그램은 자아탄력성이 낮고, 내면화 장애를 가진 초등학교 1학년 아동의 자아탄력성을 증진시키고 내면화 문제를 감소시키는데 효과가 있음이 입증되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide a group theraplay program to first-grade school children with poor ego resilience and internalizing disorder who had to fit into the new environment. The group theraplay program was conducted in 14 sessions to improve children's ego resilience and internalizing disorder. KPRC was utilized before and after the experiment to compare the experimental and control group children's T scores of ego resilience and internalizing disorder(anxiety, depression and somatization) pretest and posttest scores to verify the effects of the group theraplay program. The major findings of the study were as follows : First, there was a significant gap in ego resilience just between the pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group. Second, there were significant gaps in internalizing disorder only between the overall pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group. The above-mentioned findings proved that the group theraplay program had an effect on improving the ego resilience and internalizing disorder, namely depression and anxiety, of the first graders who had a poor ego resilience and internalizing disorder.
