말(馬)의 심리치료적 요인 척도 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 말(馬)의 심리치료적 요인 척도를 개발하는 것으로 말(馬)이 인간의 정서적․심리적 변화에 영향을 미치는 심리치료적 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구는 두 단계로 수행되었다. 첫 번째 단계는, 말(馬)의 심리적 영향을 파악하기 위해 승마인을 대상으로‘말(馬)과 함께 하는 활동에서 느낄 수 있는 심리적 영향은 무엇인가’라는 개방형 질문을 실시하고 그 결과를 질적 분석하였다. 두 번째 단계는, 선행된 연구를 토대로 예비척도를 구성하여 구보 이상의 기승술을 가진 18세 이상의 승마인 166명에게 설문조사하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 그 결과로 도출된 2차 예비척도를 승마인 104명에게 설문조사하여 확인적 요인분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 승마인이 지각하는 말(馬)의 심리적 영향이‘상호작용을 통한 정서적 자각’,‘말(馬)을 통한 적극적인 감정의 표현과 자기이해’,‘신체적․정신적 활동을 통한 정화’의 3가지 유형으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 말(馬)의 심리치료적 요인 척도는‘적극적 표현과 자기이해’,‘정화’,‘정서적 자각과 사회화’등 3개 하위요인이 구성되었다. 이상의 연구와 같이, 한국인의 문화적·심리적 요인을 고려한 말(馬)의 심리치료적 요인 파악은 말(馬)을 이용한 새로운 치료적 접근을 시도할 수 있으며, 치료적 요인을 효과적으로 적용하여 내담자 유형별 프로그램을 개발하고, 말(馬)을 이용한 심리치료를 활성화 시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is what develops scale of psychologically therapeutic factors in equine. A research is performed with two stages. As for the first stage, to grasp psychological influence of equine, it carried out the open-ended question as saying that 'what is the psychological influence that can be felt in activity of being together with equine?' targeting elite horse-riding players, who had engaged in job related to horse for over 5 years, and 25 members for Sports for All Association, and analyzed qualitatively its results. As for the second stage, The exploratory factor analysis is carried out by performing questionnaire survey targeting 166 horsemen in over 18 years old who have horseback skill in over trotting as for the composed scale. The confirmative factor analysis is carried out by performing questionnaire survey to 104 horsemen as for the secondary preliminary scale, which is elicited as its results. The results of this study are as follows. First, the psychological influence of equine, which horsemen perceive, is analyzed with 3 types in ‘emotional perception through interaction,’‘positively emotional expression and self-understanding through equine,' and ‘purification through physical emotional activity.' Second, the psychologically therapeutic factor scale in equine is composed of 3 sub-factors such as‘positive expression and self-understanding’‘purification’ and ‘emotional perception and socialization.’
