만 5세 인성함양을 위한『사자소학』인성교육프로그램 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 『사자소학』을 활용한 만 5세 유아의 인성함양을 위한 실행과정을 알아보고, 실행연구를 통한 유아의 변화를 통해 부모의 어린이집에 대한 긍정적 인식개선을 이끄는 것이 목적이다. Mills의 변증법적 나선형 연구모형을 참고하여 3차에 걸친 실행과정을 거쳤다. 실행의 준비단계에서는 두 연구자가 협의를 통해 만 5세반의 문제행동에 대해 인성교육이 필요함을 논의하였으며, 전통적인 대가족 제도안에서 인성교육으로 활용되었던 『사자소학』을 인성함양을 위한 프로그램으로 계획하였다. 1차 실행에서는 『사자소학』의 주제를 가지고 인성프로그램을 계획하여 실행하였으며, 1차 평가를 토대로 2차 실행에서는 인성이 내면화되기 위해 부모와 공동의 목표를 가지는 것이 필요함을 알고, 가정과 동일한 주제를 가지고 연계하였다. 3차 실행은 유아의 시선이 나-너-우리로 확장되도록 지역연계에서의『사자소학』을 활용한 인성프로그램을 진행하였다. 지역사회연계까지의 확장은 인성덕목이 유아를 둘러싼 모든 환경에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 3차의 실행과정을 거치면서 유아교사는 실행과정에 대한 전체 평가를 통해 인성실행의 의미를 가질 수 있었다. 『사자소학』을 활용한 인성프로그램은 유아의 인성함양에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 가정연계를 통하여 부모는 어린이집에 대하여 신뢰하고 지지하는 관계로 변화되었다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine execution process for cultivating character of children aged 5 by using『Sajasohak』, and derive improvement of positive awareness of parents through the changes in children through an action research. For the foregoing, this study went through the execution process for three times by referring to the Dialectic Action Research Spiral Model by Mills. In the preparatory stage of execution, two researchers discussed and agreed that character education of problematic behaviors in the 5-year-old class, and planned 『Sajasohak』which was used for character education within the traditional large family system as a program for cultivation of character. In the 1st execution, this study planned and executed character program with the topic of 『Sajasohak』, and based on the 1st evaluation, this study understood in the 2nd execution that having a common goal with parents is necessary for enabling character to be internalized, connecting it with home with the same topic. In the 3rd execution, this study carried out character program using 『Sajasohak』by connecting with local communities to make perspectives of young children extended to me-you-we. Extension to the connection with local communities shows that virtue of character affects all environments that surround young children. While going through three times of execution processes, early childhood teachers were able to have the meaning of character execution through the whole evaluation of execution process. Character program using『Sajasohak』exerted a positive influence on character cultivation of young children, and through the connection with home, parents changed to the relationship that trusts and supports daycare center.
