국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 사태 2년을 맞아 어린이집에서 2019개정 누리과정이 안정화를 이루는데 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 어린이집 원장의 2019개정 누리과정 인식과 적용 수준을 재점검하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 경상남도 K시 지역에서 어린이집 원장 직무교육에 참여한 50명의 원장이며 자료의 분석 방법은 SPSS 25.0(ver.) 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석을 실시하여 평균과 표준편차를 살펴보았다. 또한, 어린이집 원장의 배경 변인에 따른 차이를 파악하기 위하여 다변량분산분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 5점 리커트 척도를 이용할 때, 원장의 인식과 적용 수준에서 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 기관유형, 학력, 경력에 따라 인식과 적용 수준에서 차이가 있었다. 따라서 2019개정 누리과정이 어린이집에서 안정적으로 운영하는데 본 연구가 기초자료를 제공했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data so that the 2019 revised Nuri course can be carried out stability in child care centers. To this end, in the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic, the director of the child care center re-examined the awareness and implementation level of the 2019 revised Nuri course. The participants of this study were 50 principals who participated in the job training for child care center directors in K city, Gyeongsangnam-do. In addition, one-way ANOVA was performed to identify differences according to the background variables of the child care center director. As a result, first, when using the 5-point Likert scale, there was a difference between the perception and performance level of the child care director. Second, there was a difference between awareness and execution level according to the type of institution, educational background, and career of the director of the child care center. Therefore, this study suggests that it is necessary to raise the level of execution of the curriculum so that the 2019 revised Nuri course can be operated stability.
